As a CRA at SMS-oncology you are responsible for ensuring that investigational sites perform our clinical studies according to the study protocol and in compliance with SOP's, applicable regulations and the principles of Good Clinical Practice. You will act as the main line of communication between the sponsor and the investigator and will perform regular monitoring visits. Moreover, you will assist in identifying, selecting and initiating investigational sites. Role and Responsibilities Identifying and recruiting investigational sites Performance of selection and initiation visits Assisting in the preparation of regulatory submission packages and obtaining approval from investigational sites Performing monitoring visits to verify that source data/documents and other trial records are accurate, complete, and maintained Verifying patient eligibility and communicate document protocol violations and non-compliance Verifying whether Serious Adverse Events are reported according to safety regulations Checking drug accountability at the investigational sites Acting as the main line of communication between the sponsor and the investigator Preparation and maintenance of all necessary study files and documentation Ensuring that investigators achieve their patient recruitment targets Liaising with the project manager to ensure he/she is kept informed Preparation of monitoring visit reports Ensuring a timely and accurate resolution of data management queries Assisting in the performance of feasibility studies for new proposals Supporting site staff in preparation for trial site audits and inspections

Your tasks and responsibilities include: To coordinate and evaluate polymerization experiments from benchscale equipment that is operated by experienced technicians. To synthesize catalysts and develop adequate testing protocols. To work out options to improve the production process and product performance in terms of quality, consistency and costs. To work in a multidisciplinary setting, both within Technology & Innovation (T&I disciplines) and in the business environment (business disciplines). Your Profile You are educated to a bachelor in chemical technology (HLO). You have hands on experience with synthetic organic chemistry. Experience with polymer chemistry is a pre. You are able to translate your knowledge into commercial processes. You are interested in chemical analyses, polymer properties and chemical engineering. You have very high standards for the quality and reliability of process data. You have well developed social skills. You are a critical observer as well as a good analytical thinker. You are able to spot opportunities for improving existing processes and gain knowledge of associated fields and disciplines. You can work in a team as well as independently. Het interessante aan deze rol is dat je breed inzetbaar kan zijn en verschillende vraagstukken zult oppakken op het gebied van transaction support, valuation en corporate recovery services. Ze zijn actief in 8 landen en je zult bij sommige opdrachten samenwerken met de consultants in die landen. In totaal werken hier zo'n 200 consultants en op het kantoor in Nederland 15. Functieomschrijving: M&A Valuation Associate Als M&A Valuation Associate werk je op projectmatige basis in teams van financieel specialisten van deze organisatie, de cliënt en mogelijk ook andere adviseurs. Als M&A valuation associate ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en coordineren van projecten. Ook zul je het werk van de analisten reviewen.
