Tot je verantwoordelijkheden behoren: - Vertalen van beleidsdoelstellingen (m.b.t. Wetgeving, Veiligheid, Milieu en Economie) naar concrete onderhoudsmaatregelen (Wat, wanneer & waarom) die moeten leiden tot gewenste installatieprestaties; - Evaluatie van installatie / onderhoudsprestaties om verbetervoorstellen te genereren; - Implementatie van verbetervoorstellen - Dagelijkse ondersteuning raffinaderijoperatie; - Normering; - Kwaliteitsborging; Dit vertaalt zich naar de volgende taken: - Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van een onderhoudsconcept met een multi disciplinaire werkgroep; - Periodieke analyse van onderhoudsprestaties (opstellen top 10 performance killers, cost drivers etc.) - Storingsanalyse met multidisciplinaire werkgroepen; - Ontwikkelen van verbetervoorstellen met multidisciplinaire werkgroepen; - Voortgangscontrole en rapportage m.b.t. implementatie verbetervoorstellen; - Verstrekken van reparatie- en vervangingsadviezen; - Opstellen van meerjarenbudgetten; - Ontwikkelen & onderhouden van standaards m.b.t. werkdocumenten; - (Laten) Vertalen van functionele normen van de installatie in goed- en afkeurcriteria voor componenten / onderdelen; - Vertalen van beleidsuitspraken naar werkbare uitvoeringsrichtlijnen;Controle van nieuwe of herziene werkdocumenten op gebruik van geldende standaard en goed- & afkeurcriteria.

Voor een supportteam dat alle onderhouds- en modificatiewerkzaamheden coördineert op een groep offshore productieplatforms zijn we op zoek naar een Mechanical Rotating Engineer. Het begeleiden van werkzaamheden in de offshore industrie is een uitdagende job waarbij je moet kunnen improviseren en flexibel moet zijn. Het is een combinatie van complexe logistiek, goede planning, inkoop, financiële bewaking en techniek. Als Mechanical Rotating Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het in juiste conditie houden van alle rotating en mechanical installaties aan boord van het platform met in achtneming van de veiligheid-, gezondheid- en milieuregels. Je valt onder een Lead Engineer die tevens je leidinggevende is en die ook functioneert als aanspreekpunt. Je werkt zelfstandig en begeleidt alle modificatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden die offshore en mogelijk onshore plaatsvinden. Het aansturen en coördineren van buitenfirmas is ook onderdeel van je werkzaamheden. Als Mechanical Static Equipment Engineer richt je je op het realiseren van VGM, integriteit, kosten en beschikbaarheidprestaties om de statisch mechanische aspecten van de prestaties van de CNNS assets te verbeteren. Je adviseert over en geeft sturing aan zaken als specificatie, ontwerp, selectie, aanschaf, toepassing en onderhoud. Je vormt de interface tussen technische autoriteiten, operationele en onderhoudsteams en de speciale ISC (Integrated Service Contractor). Je houdt nauwlettend toezicht op de integriteit en functionele prestaties van de verwerkende faciliteiten en doet voorstellen voor correctieve acties voor actuele of verwachte problemen. Daarnaast leid je grote reparaties en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van machines. Je bent dan ook aanwezig bij grote reparaties, onderhoud en fabrieksacceptatietests op de locatie van de fabrikant. En je draagt zorg voor optimale ontwerpen en testen en het beheer van onderhoudsprogrammas. Het sturen van het vaststellen van onderhouds- en inspectieplannen en strategieën om de technische integriteit van de CNNS assets te verzekeren. Tevens beoordeel je werkzaamheden die door externe consultants zijn uitgevoerd en beheer je specialistische leveranciers en aannemers. Ook draag je zorg voor MRPs (maintenance reference plans)en ontwikkel je normen voor best practices, tools, processen, modellen en data. Verder treed je mogelijk op als Technical Authority (TA) voor een asset, wanneer u over de daarvoor vereiste relevante ervaring en competenties beschikt. Van kandidaten die niet voldoen aan de eisen om op te treden als TA wordt echter verwacht dat zij de benodigde competenties ontwikkelen, zodat zij deze functie in de toekomst kunnen vervullen.

Work on Technical Change Requests (minor modifications) that are generated for the operated assets. Prepare Engineering Hand-over Packages for Technical Change Requests and co-ordinate / assist in the preparation of Workpacks either by team members, colleagues from the Production Operations Maintenance (POM) department or contractors. Bring expertise in the field of mechanical, piping and structural engineering. Department Site Geleen SABIC’s Geleen Site encompasses 7 chemical plants. The naphtha-crackers produce 1,250,000 ton/a of ethylene and 675,000 ton/a of propylene, mainly used as feedstock for our poly-olefins plants.
