    Na een gedegen interne opleiding op de afdelingen montage, service en op locatie kom je als customer support representative te werken op de service binnendienst. Hier ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische after sales service in de meest brede zin van het woord. Je bent het aanspreekpunt van klanten en partners uit de hele wereld omtrent machine vragen en problemen. Je vertaalt de klant wensen naar de interne organisatie, legt afspraken vast, koppelt deze terug en zorgt voor een goede voorbereiding van klant bezoeken door de service buitendienst collegas. Samen met 3 binnendienst collegas verzorg je de dagelijkse planning voor de buitendienst en bent het eerste aanspreek punt. Indien nodig bestel je onderdelen en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve procedures gevolgd worden. Voor oplossingen kun je terug vallen op de interne organisatie. Je bent betrokken bij de coördinatie van technische verbeterprojecten en verantwoordelijk voor lang lopende service projecten.
