Functieomschrijving: Senior Process Automation Systems Engineer Als Senior Process Automation Systems Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor: * Leidinggeven aan een technisch engineering team; * Verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteit en voortgang binnen een project; * Assisteren van de Project Manager door het monitoren van planning en budget; * Coordineren en ondersteunen van de implementatie activiteiten van het BCEC project team; * Verantwoordelijk voor het maken van functionele ontwerpspecificaties in samenwerking met de klant; * Het ontwerpen van gedetailleerd ontwerpspecificaties en testspecificatie documenten; * Implementatie en testen van Process Automation System configuraties; * Assisteren bij het opstarten en operationeel (inbedrijf stellen van) maken van klantprojecten; * Assisteren in de voorbereiding van engineering project voorstellen; * Feedback geven op de ontwikkeling van engineering, standaard applicaties en engineering tools. | Engineer Process Automation Banen Schrijven van de database software, het PLC besturingsprogramma en visualisatiesoftware na oedkeuring van de functionele software omschrijving, Invoeren van alle equipment, procesparameters en onderlinge connecties in het geautomatiseerde systeem. Uitvoeren van I/O-en Watertesten alsmede het ondersteunen bij de inbedrijfstelling van de installatie in samenwerking met de Commisioning Engineer en/of Supervisor E&I op locatie bij de klant. Testen van de software van de procesinstallatie in samenwerking met de Process Engineer en/of Commissioning Engineer. Schrijven van de bedieningshandleiding voor de betreffende installatie en het instrueren van de operators over de werking van de installatie. Rapporteert als projectmedewerker aan de Lead Engineer Process Automation en betreffende algemene voortgang van de werkzaamheden aan het Hoofd Process Automation. |
