Onze opdrachtgever ontwerpt en vervaardigd producten voor onder andere de luchtvaart en medische industrie. De producten, maar ook de processen rondom het ontwerp en de productie van deze producten, dienen te voldoen aan hoge kwaliteitseisen. Als Quality Manager Development vervul je een sleutelrol binnen de afdeling ontwikkeling. Je activiteiten concentreren zich op alle interne en externe kwaliteitsprocessen rondom het ontwerpen en vervaardigen van de producten. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van processen vanaf de conceptfase tot de productiefase. Je kijkt kritisch naar bestaande processen en ben je in staat deze te optimaliseren.Gedurende het ontwerpproces zie je erop toe dat milestone reviews worden uitgevoerd aan de hand van de gemaakte afspraken. Teven ben je verantwoordelijk voor de juiste implementatie van klantspecifieke wensen binnen de organisatie en coordineer je interne en externe audits.

| Quality Assurance Manager Development Banen The Quality Assurance Manager Development plays a key role in the quality assurance activities in our Development engineering group. The quality assurance activities focus on all the internal and external processes needed during the design and Industrialization of Aerospace, Medical end Test & Industrial equipment. To comply to the high quality standards the Quality Assurance Manager Development will manage a wide range of Quality assurance activities throughout the product creation process from the start of the first concept to production release. Assuring the right implementation of customers requirements into the organization is also a key responsibility. To assure the required Quality and Reliability and first pass yields during transfer of new product introduction (NPI) projects the Quality Assurance Manager Development must be able to optimize the processes needed to develop and launch new products. To maintain and further develop the high quality level of the organisation the Quality Assurance Manager Development coordinates and manages internal and external audits and has a strong process orientation. The Quality Assurance Manager Development will manage our Quality management system and our product creation process and will assure that milestone reviews are performed according agreed requirements. We would welcome a Quality Assurance Manager Development capable to perform training sessions to guide the engineering group in the first time right philosophys. The Quality Assurance Manager Development will be member of the Development Management team and in this perspective will join the management reviews and lead strategic deployment sessions. |

| Quality Manager / Hoofd Qa/qc Banen Als Quality Manager / Hoofd QA/QC geeft u leiding aan de Kwaliteitsdienst (4 fte) en rapporteert u aan de Marketing Manager. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en realiseren van het geïntegreerde kwaliteitsbeleid zodat het kwaliteitssysteem, de procesvoering en de eindproducten voldoen aan de gestelde eisen. Tevens ontwikkelt u werkprocessen en bent verantwoordelijk voor het vastleggen van de procedures en het implementeren van de werkwijzen en de controle op de uitvoering. U bent daarnaast verantwoordelijk voor het vrijgeven van grondstoffen, verpakkingsmaterialen en eindproducten. Daarnaast draagt u zorg voor en het onderhouden van een kwaliteitszorgsysteem. Tevens draagt u zorg voor de behandeling van in- en externe klachten en begeleidt u in- en externe kwaliteitsaudits. Daarnaast werkt u actief mee in procestechnische projecten. |
