Als International Site Manager bent u verantwoordelijk voor de kwalitatieve installatie van machinelijnen over de hele wereld. U communiceert met de klant over de voortgang van het project en rapporteert aan de interne organisatie. U voert uw supervisie uit en stuurt lokale contracters aan op locatie. Tot slot bewaakt u de voortgang en planning van het project. Gemiddeld duren deze projecten 2/3 maanden, u bent 4 weken aan een gesloten van huis en verblijft daarna op en af op de locatie.

You will work closely with the manager of the Norway and Cross Trade multimodal services and assist in the overall development, business growth and profitability of this service. In this role you will have frequent contact with our Norwegian organisation and assist in operational and process improvement areas as needed. You will manage and continuously develop a direct team of six people, including work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance management and the building of an effective team dynamic within the Netherlands and the larger organisation.
