Het is een echte bureau-functie. De grootste fabrieken staan in Aziëen Afrika, van de 3 fabrieken moeten goede, gestandariseerderapportages komen, zodat alles in eenzelfde rapportage kan. Nu zijn er nog 3 verschillende rapportages. Investeringsoverzichten maken van +/- 25 bedrijven. Het is een echte back-office functie. Je hebt wel telefonisch contact met o.a. de bedrijven is Afrika, dus goede beheersing van de Engelse taal is een must. Daarnaast heb je met name contact met de financiële afdeling.Functie-eisenAfgeronde HBO/WO opleiding-Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift-Goede kennis van Excel en PowerPoint-Procesmatig kunnen werken-Logisch denken ArbeidsvoorwaardenJe komt direct op contract bij de opdrachtgever, in eerste instantie een jaarcontract (eventueel optie tot verlenging). Contract Accounting Financial Analyst Banen This position is responsible for the preparation of participation statements to outside participants of filmed products as required by the provisions or terms of the agreements/contracts with these outside parties. This position will deal with reporting of statements of titles that have been transitioned from local territories to a centralized function located at the EBSC in Amsterdam. Future duties will include assisting in the conversion from a manual driven preparation process to an automated one. Prepare financial statements to outside participants in adherence to their respective contractual agreements Monitor the frequency and due dates of participation statements in order to properly prepare, complete, and submit statements for approval Review notes from management to ensure contractual compliance and resolve problems, if applicable Review the propriety and reasonableness of financial activity shown in the participation system as well as other reports and investigate unusual activity, if any Coordinate with management as to the proper disposition of unusual financial activity identified and analyze and handle corrections or adjustments, if necessary Ensure that financial activity used in the statement is reported properly and that the share payable is calculated accurately in compliance with the reporting terms as summarized in the Contract Brief and/or as provided for in the respective agreements Review statement packages in order to verify the accuracy of addresses and other relevant information used in the transmittal letters, envelopes, and payment requisitions before submission for approval Assist in the timely preparation and submission of monthly cash forecasts/quarterly estimates for planning, if needed Performs various other projects such as research, special reports and statistical analysis as needed Assist in the conversion from a manual driven preparation process to an automated one. |
