One of the world's leading producers of fluorochemicals and fluoropolymer materials.Job DescriptionAdministering the activities involved in products sourced from our parent company in Japan. Work will involve Placing purchase ordersMonitoring inbound shipmentManaging stockInstructing the warehouse to ensure timely delivery Invoicing customer on confirmation of despatchMonitoring paymentsProviding data for field sales managerA certain amount of general office duties will also be required including Reception / switchboard duties Supporting / backing up other members of staff when they are absent Ad-hoc translation of Dutch language documents into EnglishGeneral office management stationary supplies etc.Job RequirementsGood organisation skills and attention to detail are essential.Excellent IT skills are essential, particularly in Microsoft Office.Possession of a recognised secretarial / administration / accounting qualification would be advantageous.Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are key.Salary and BenefitsA competative salary and good secondary benefits
