Sell company product daily; check availability of cruise or Cruisetour and make reservations for travel agent/consumer.2. Provide quality customer service; research and answer all questions/concerns related to company product and/or specifically the customer reservation.3. Assist agent or consumer with problems that might occur on a reservation; work with other departments or supervisor in an effort to resolve the problem in a courteous/timely manner.4. Maintain/organize on a daily basis - memos, flow charts, company policies, procedures, product information and promotional information for quick reference to provide accurate/timely answers to questions from travel agents or consumers.5. Any special projects as directed by the Supervisor or Director, International Sales such as ship tours ortrade shows.Job Requirements Post secondary education preferred (MBO) Native German and fluent spoken skills in Dutch and English Telephone sales center experience a plus Good communication skills Reliable, professional, and customer service oriented.
