You give general information, support and service in an effective way to travel agents in order to improve customer satisfaction.You give information to Air France/KLMs trade customers on flight fares, complexes technical questions, assist with service request and explain advantages of the Air France/KLM product over competitive airlines and searches for alternatives if the customers initial wish cannot be fulfilled in order to conclude a sale and to increase turnover for Air France/KLM.
