The Executive Secretary is engaged in giving support to management persons. Particularly in the field of translating presentations, documents and reports. Tasks to be handled independently: - Take care of correspondence. - Make business trip arrangements and settle expenses - Assist to make announcements, Prepare information of meetings, Take minutes of meetings - Give general administrative support (inviting project participants, provide project participants with information, etc.) - Check, co-ordinate and update the executive's calendar, schedule and itinerary - Act as a good Gatekeeper to the executives, receiving and screening callers and visitors, Prioritizing and referring information appropriately - Monitor office expenditures and operating and maintaining office equipment - Edit and record documents and preparing them for executive approval.
