De opleidingsmanager is verantwoordelijk voor het totale proces rondom aan hem/haar toegewezen opleiding. De opleidingsmanager heeft twee kerntaken. Hij/zij zorgt voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken rondom de hem/haar toegewezen opleiding(-en), in nauwe samenwerking met het onderwijsbureau. Werkzaamheden variëren van het opstellen van een collegerooster, het laten ontwikkelen van nieuwe vakken, het contact houden met de onderwijsgelederen, accountmanagement tot het actief werven van nieuwe studenten. De opleidingsmanager is spin in het web voor de bachelor-opleiding International Business & Management Studies. Taken Opleidingsmanagement: - Opstellen/vaststellen van het opleidingsrooster; - verzorgen van voorlichtingsavonden; - voeren van intakegesprekken met (potentiële) studenten; - contracteren van (free-lance) docenten; - aan-/afwezigheid (laten) vastleggen en verwerken - (laten) verzorgen van module evaluaties en verwerken ervan; - (laten) verwerken resultaten - organisatie diplomering - beoordeling van docenten en voeren van evaluatiegesprekken; - beoordelen opleidingsrendement en adviseren hieromtrent; - secretaris opleidingsadviesraad Accountmanagement - Contacten met (potentiële) studenten en/of ouders Marketing - opstellen van teksten voor in de brochures en flyers; - opstellen van teksten voor op de website; - verzorgen van mailings - nabellen van prospects - verzorgen van opleidingsadvies voor potentiële studenten - intakegesprekken. Opleidingsontwikkeling: - Het (laten) aanpassen van modules binnen de opleiding Kwaliteitszorg: - Het onderhouden en verbeteren van het kwaliteitszorgsysteem. Accreditatie: - Bijdragen aan de accreditatie van opleidingen.
