Voor onze opdrachtgever een logistieke organisatie te Amsterdam Sloterdijk zijn wij op zoek naar een senior customer service representative. Binnen deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de klantenservice frontoffice. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle klanten te woord worden gestaan op een professionele manier. Door je positieve en pro-actieve houding, passie en motivatie ben je het rolmodel voor het frontoffice team. Wanneer de customer service manager niet aanwezig is ben jij degene die zijn taken waarneemt. Buiten het feit dat je contactpersoon bent voor klanten, ben je ook een aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie van onze opdrachtgever.
