You will be the main contact for the distributors in the Scandinavian region as far as daily requirements and support is concerned. Tasks - Create and maintain good account relations - Process and follow up orders, back orders, returns, credits etc. - Organize shipments - Handle telephone calls from key account customers and distributors - Handle and solve queries on a daily basis - Maintain contact with other departments such as sales force, warehouse, shipping etc. - Attendance at international trade fairs when required
