For our office in Amsterdam/Schiphol-Rijk, Hamburg or Stockholm we are looking for a:DC Engineer Storage and Backup Main responsibilities You will operate and maintain the storage and backup systems for the Vattenfall group. This includes the responsibility for the: - Support of projects on a technological level; - Keeping operational documentation up-to-date. Moreover you stay in contact to internal customers for business operations as well as to Vattenfall's storage vendors. Your background As an engineer for storage in the department DataCenter you have a deep knowledge of all kind of storage technologies and an overview to the surrounding infrastructure. A business understanding is necessary to judge if storage and backup infrastructure should be adapted or optimized. You are able to work on maturity and to manage changes in the infrastructure. A good communication style is needed to ensure proper stakeholder management. - IT Professional / Engineer with in-depth knowledge in storage and Backup Infrastructure (understanding of (SAN / NAS, NFS, CIFS, NetApp, Brocade and EMC technologies is a plus) - Minimum three to five years experience in IT / storage and backup Infrastructure - Senior knowledge in DataCenter technology - In-depth knowledge in ITIL processes - Basic knowledge in TCP/IP networking - Fluent in English, capabilities in Dutch, German or Swedish are a plus. Voor deze opdrachtgever uit de Achterhoek zijn wij op zoek naar een: Proces Engineer Doel van de functie: Bijdragen aan een efficiënte en effectieve overgang van productontwikkeling naar het in productie nemen van nieuwe en/of gewijzigde producten, door het ontwikkelen en implementeren van productieprocessen. Werkzaamheden: - Ontwerpen van productiegereedschappen (3D) en het uitwerken van werktekeningen (2D) met behulp van Solid Edge. Testen van het ontwerp door het maken van prototypes en het verrichten van metingen. Deze metingen moeten aantonen dat het product onder een constant kwaliteitsniveau geproduceerd kan worden; - Verricht vooronderzoek, inclusief verslaglegging, voor nieuw te introduceren processen binnen Claymount. Na goedkeuring van zijn advies door het MT zal een en ander zelfstandig uitgewerkt worden, volgens het autorisatieschema; - Aanvragen van offertes voor productonderdelen, productiegereedschappen of machines. Onderhouden contacten met toeleveranciers; - Beheren (vastleggen, wijzigen) van productiehandleidingen. Projectadministratie (planning, kosten, training, vrijgaven). Beheren van Engineering Masters (werkvoorbereiding); - Training van productiemedewerkers door middel van presenteren en uitleg op de werkvloer. Toetsen van de aangeleerde kennis en vaardigheden van de productiemedewerkers (schriftelijk examen/praktijktest). Vastleggen van betreffende vaardigheden in een 'vaardigheidsmatrix'. Onderhoud: - Zorgen dat alle benodigde productiemiddelen (machines en gereedschappen) volgens de jaarlijkse planning onderhouden worden; - Verplaatsen van producten en/of processen naar buitenlandse vestigingen; - Uitwisselen van informatie (documenten) met en training van buitenlandse collega's, zowel op de vestiging in Nederland als in de buitenlandse vestigingen. In nauwe samenwerking met de (internationale) afdelingen Inkoop en Logistiek zorgen voor correcte startfase van de logistieke stroom van nieuwe producten. Het vrijgeven van het te verplaatsen product dan wel proces in de buitenlandse vestiging. Ontwerpen met behulp van 3D CAD: - Materialen (metalen en kunststoffen); - Bewerkingsprocessen (CNC-draaien en -frezen); - Productiemethodieken, -processen en-middelen; - CE machinerichtlijn; - Werkvoorbereiding; - Didactische vaardigheden; - ERP systemen; - Kwaliteitsborging; - MS Office programma's Word, Excel, PowerPoint en Outlook. Verantwoordelijkheid: - Optimalisatie van productieprocessen ter verhoging van efficiëntie; - Correcte en volledige werktekeningen; - Het goed functioneren van nieuw ontworpen gereedschap, waarbij veiligheid en kwaliteitseisen in acht genomen zijn; - Volledig en eenduidig informeren en trainen van (internationale) productiemedewerkers over (het maken van) nieuwe producten; - Correcte en volledige documentatie van productiehandleidingen, Engineering Masters, testrapporten van het eindproduct; - Realisatie van projecten volgens de (jaar-)projectplanning; - Bij de uitvoering van projecten volgen van bestaande procedures en het autorisatieschema; - Gebruiksklaar zijn van machines en gereedschappen; - Constant kwaliteitsniveau van de eindproducten.
