Functie omschrijving In verband met de groei van onze opdrachtgever, zijn wij op zoek naar een Procestechnoloog New Product Development (NPD). In deze nieuwe functie is de Procestechnoloog NPD in staat om creatief te denken en buiten gebaande paden tot een oplossing te komen. In samenwerking met het NPD team is de Procestechnoloog NPD verantwoordelijk voor een aantal nieuwe projecten; van idee tot ontwerp en implementatie van nieuwe processen. De functie valt onder de afdeling Marketing. Werkzaamheden * Ontwikkelen en aanpassen van productieprocessen voor NPD projecten; * Opzetten van tijdelijke of pilot scale systemen om monsters en prototypes te maken ten behoeve van concept testen en marktonderzoek; * Uitvoeren van haalbaarheidsstudies; * Plannen en uitvoeren van productietesten op zowel interne- als externe productielocaties; * Ontwikkelen van nieuwe processpecificaties en beschrijvingen; * Identificeren en evalueren van ontwikkelingen op het gebied van proces engineering; * Onderhouden van contacten met externe partijen (leveranciers, universiteiten, onderwijsinstellingen e.d.) en indien van toepassing projecten starten; * Rapportage aan de Marketing Manager. Functie-eisen * Minimaal HBO niveau op gebied van levensmiddelentechnologie of vergelijkbaar; * Aantal jaren werkervaring in soortgelijke functie binnen de levensmiddelenindustrie; * Ervaring met projectmanagement; * Sterk in het communiceren en overtuigen op verschillende niveaus; * Uitstekende beheersing in woord en geschrift van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, Duits is een pré; * Pragmatisch, initiatiefrijk, proactief en flexibel ingesteld.
