Manages IT projects and performs day to day support activities. Also responsible for supporting and maintaining Navision applications within Benelux and Germany. Reporting to the CE ICT Support Manager, this role has the focus of supporting the business and coordinating on-site support while contributing to the efficient use of Navision and Enwis across CE. Responsibilities: - To improve processes and communication within the business by working closely with managers and staff throughout the company; - To maintain the integrity, security and service continuity of the ICT systems; - To produce MIS reports/reporting tools to assist business managers in their roles; - To build a relationship with site and departmental managers and to develop a project time plan for project completion; - Design, Program and Test Software Modifications & Enhancements; - Conduct needs and gap analysis studies, consulting, data conversion, upgrades, compiling client requirements and writing specifications; - To provide users with appropriate support and advice and training; - To deliver ad-hoc support when necessary; - Perform month-end procedures in Navision (NL+BE); - Support Finance department during internal and external Audits; - Comply with the Companys Environmental, Health and Safety procedures; - Comply with the Companys Quality procedures; - Perform such other duties as the company may from time to time reasonably require. STAMAX is a long fibre reinforced PP material, mainly used for automotive semi-structural applications, and sales volume is rapidly growing. The expertise Center for STAMAX is located in Geleen, The Netherlands, and cooperates with the CAE team in Bangalore, India, and local application development engineers in China and the USA.
