    Purpose of the position The EMEA Human Resource Advisor will be critical to putting a Telmar brand on every aspect of HR throughout the EMEA region. To the extent practicable and compliant, it is our objective to have the Telmar employment experience be standardized throughout the world and administered at a Best Class level. The EMEA Human Resource Advisor will become responsible for The communication to the EMEA Employee base with assistance from other business unit leaders when necessary. Providing the HR Services and expertise required in all acquisition or divestiture situations. This will include research, diligence, notice, negotiations, offers and on-boarding of new employees and compliant, effective respectful separation of those leaving Telmar. Coordination and administration the absence per employee due to sickness plus interaction with the external ARBO dienst. Administration of the local payroll processes for the region. Development and administration of the annual Employee Performance Review Process. Assisting with the administration & reporting of the national benefit programs. Performing of the planning, administration, execution, record keeping and reporting to support all compensation and incentive pay programs. Maintaining confidential employee records. Investigating and resolving employee issues, concerns and complaints. Working and partnering with all global HR team members on various projects and programs in an effort to create consistency in multiple regions around the world where possible. Contribute as an integral partner in each component of the hiring/selection process, including assisting in recruitment, assessment, offers, orientation and on-boarding. Maintain HR ISO 9001 procedures.

The businesses of this international bank are serviced by four HR units: HR Advice, Recruitment, Talent Management, Training & Learning and Business Management. As Compensation Advisor/Analyst you will be based in the unit Business Management. In total around 35 professionals support the various business areas in region the Netherlands; in good cooperation with the colleagues of the global HR departments regarding their regions abroad. Functieomschrijving Compensation Advisor/Analyst The Compensation Advisor/Analyst will provide compensation advice and prepare decision making in The Netherlands. This will include analysis of market data surveys, year end compensation, maintaining internal and external relationships in the Dutch wholesale market and translating regulatory procedures into policies for the bank. Due to the complex changes in law and regulations for the Financial Industry this new position is created in which you work with different HR advisors, Business Managers and partners. You will develop, implement and maintain the Compensation arrangements. You will will be the subject matter expert and compensation co-ordinator. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Uitvoering en optimalisering van het personeelsbeleid - Arbeidsvoorwaarden: adviseren en ondersteunen van managers en medewerkers bij de uitvoering van het personeelsbeleid op basis van vastgestelde arbeidsvoorwaarden, CAO en interne regels en procedures. - HR administratie: opstellen arbeidsovereenkomsten en overige benodigde stukken bij indiensttreding, doorstroming en uitdiensttreding. - Ziekteverzuim: bewaken en analyseren van dagelijks en periodiek verzuim en adviseren over het terugdringen van het verzuimpercentage. Organiseren van het spreekuur van de bedrijfsarts en bespreken van reïntegratiemogelijkheden van medewerkers met de bedrijfsarts en het UWV. - Werving, selectie: opstellen en plaatsen van de vacature, (tot bepaald niveau) voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken, contacten met uitzendorganisaties en zorgdragen voor introductie. - Adviseren: adviseren en ondersteunen van managers bij gesprekken met betrekking tot functioneren, ziekteverzuim, ontwikkeling en discipline.
