Als Supervisor GMP Equipment ben je verantwoordelijk voor het effectief en efficiënt presteren van alle GMP apparatuur. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en up-to-date houden van alle GMP en URS (User Requirement Specifications) apparatuur documentatie.

Als onderdeel van het Maintenance team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het in goede staat houden van alle installatie onderdelen en het zelfstandig (laten) uitvoeren van shutdowns, correctief, preventief en tijdsafhankelijk onderhoud van de plant. Hieronder vallen de volgende deeltaken: - Maken van storingsanalyses en aandragen van oplossingen; - Zorgdragen voor het instandhouden van de plant, zodat veilige en continue operatie mogelijk blijft; - Coördineren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Aansturen van derde partijen bij onderhoud; - Beheren en opvolgen van een maintenance management systeem en bijhouden van het logboek; - Zorgdragen voor het beheer van spare parts (in samenwerking met andere plants); - Controleren en (laten) onderhouden van alle roterende equipment (pompen, mixers, centrifuges en decanters); - Meewerken bij het opstellen van onderhoudsprocedures en werkinstructies; - Voorbereiden en aanbieden van onder druk werkende equipment en vaten ten behoeve van periodieke herbeoordeling; - Begeleiden en opvolgen van herbeoordeling inspecties; - Beheersen van budget; - Uitvoeren van projecten en verbeteringsprogramma; - Vervangen van de Maintenance Supervisor Mechanic & Rotation.

Your role is to ensure consistent and high quality services to customers booking cargo on our Norway and Cross Trade multimodal services. You will work closely with the manager of the Norway and Cross Trade multimodal services and assist in the overall development, business growth and profitability of this service.
