De afdeling Ricoh Europe Supply Chain Management BV is verantwoordelijk voor de forecasting, inkoop, opslag en levering van producten ten behoeve van alle sales kantoren van Ricoh in EMEA. Onze producten omvatten kopieerapparaten, printers, faxen, scanners en multi-functionele combinaties van deze producten. Directe leveringen aan eindgebruikers, dealers en distributeurs is goed voor meer dan 90% van onze business. De Ricoh-faciliteit, gevestigd in Bergen op Zoom, Nederland, beslaat ruim 50.000 vierkante meter, met een dagelijkse omzet van meer dan 5.000 orders. Warehousing activiteiten worden uitbesteed aan DHL, die telt ongeveer 450 operationele personeelsleden namens Ricoh. Als Business Analyst maak je deel uit van de afdeling Strategy & Business Excellence. In een team van drie Business Analisten ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van de organisatie met analyses en adviezen over onderwerpen als de begroting, kosten-, Finance-, voorraad-en KPI's. Je werkzaamheden • Je maakt periodieke management rapportages voor de interne organisatie, werkmaatschappijen in Europa en HQ in Londen en Japan; • Je analyseert pro-actief business en trendgegevens om de oorzaken te identificeren in het geval afwijkende performance; • Je analyseert business/financiële gegevens op verzoek van (proces) Managers of budget houders; • Je verzamelt gegevens en verwerkt deze conform het SCM Cost Model om initiatieven en projecten te ondersteunen; • Je ondersteunt het opstellen van business cases en bewaakt de voortgang voor projecten via data-analyse; • Je neemt initiatieven voor het vinden van in- en externe bronnen voor benchmarking; • Je ondersteunt benchmarking door middel van data-analyse en rapportage ten behoeve van de functionele en proces organisatie; • Je treedt op als projectmanager en geeft support in projecten; • Je ondersteunt afdelingen met hun jaarlijkse voorbereiding van de budgetten; • Je evalueert business cases met betrekking tot de begroting en P & L impact; • Je draagt zorg voor consistente rapportages (definitie governance). Je profiel • Je hebt een Master in Business studies of Financieel Management; • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring bij voorkeur in een logistieke omgeving over onderwerpen zoals management rapportage, balanced scorecard, activity based costing, business case tracking; • Je hebt ervaring in het werken met Management Informatie Systemen / Datawarehouse; • Je hebt ervaring met ERP systemen bij voorkeur Oracle en / of JDEdwards; • Je communiceert vlot in het Engels zowel gesproken als geschreven (Engels = voertaal); • Je beschikt over uitstekende analytische vaardigheden; • Tenslotte ben je zeer klantgericht en een enthousiaste persoon die graag aan een carrière in de logistiek wil bouwen.
