Voor ons Internationaal distributiecentrum EV3 in Maastricht-Airport zoeken wij Medewerker Customer Service International Als Medewerker Customer Service International zorgt u ervoor dat onze klanten (distributeurs) een maximale service krijgen. U ondersteunt de Supply Chain met een juiste allocatie van de voorraad en inventarisatie en u werkt mee aan procedures die de efficiëntie hieromtrent zullen verbeteren. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden * U verwerkt alle bestellingen van interne en externe klanten door een correcte data invoer en u verzekert zo een maximale service * U adviseert de interne en externe klanten bij specifieke vragen over producten of bij klachten. U brengt oplossingen aan voor de problemen en garandeert hierbij een grote klantentevredenheid. * U bent de link tussen Customer Service, eigen verkoopkantoren en het International Distribution Center voor de bestellingen, allocaties van de inventaris en de verzending. * U verzorgt de nodige rapportage i.v.m. de verkoop en bestellingen * U bent verantwoordelijk voor bepaalde Marketing activiteiten (brochures, stalen) Vereiste kwalificaties * U heeft minimum een HBO niveau * U heeft minimum 1 jaar werkervaring in op Customer Service in een logistieke omgeving * U bent zeer communicatief en u spreekt en schrijft vlot Engels * U werkt zeer nauwkeurig * U bent een echte teamplayer en gaat flexibel om met verandering, werkdruk en werkuren. * Ervaring met het werken met computersystemen
