Voor deze subserviceline Performance Improvement zijn wij op zoek naar kandidaten met de volgende profielen: (1) Telecom Regulatory Profiel Wij hebben mogelijkheden voor kandidaten op het gebied van mededingingsrecht en/of telecomrecht. Deze kandidaten zijn bijvoorbeeld werkzaam (geweest) bij de regulatorafdeling van een corporate in de telecom- of energiebranche, dan wel een· regelgevende of toezichthoudende instanties zoals de OPTA, NMa, de Energiekamer of Ministeries; dan wel adviesorganisaties. Dit kunnen zowel vergelijkbare organisaties als Ernst & Young Advisory betreffen, evenals boutiques die zich op dit gebied gespecialiseerd hebben. Voorbeelden van projecten zijn bijvoorbeeld projecten op het gebied van regulatory costing. Het betreft ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van zowel Top Down Fully Allocated Cost Models als Bottom Up Long Run Incremental Cost Models. Deze modellen werden gebruikt om de kostprijzen, en daarmee de tarieven, van gereguleerde diensten te bepalen. (2) Telecom Finance Profiel Bij dit bredere Telecom profiel zijn wij op zoek naar kandidaten met ervaring als controller, business analist, pricing specialist of strateeg. We hebben een sterke voorkeur voor iemand met ervaring in mobiele telecommunicatie. Voorbeelden van projecten zijn het ontwikkelen van decision support models en finance transformation projecten waar vaak het doel is om de finance functie te verbeteren en de kwaliteit van de financiële processen te verbeteren. (3) Power & Utility Profiel Als consultant ondersteunt je klanten bij hun strategische heroriëntatie en operationele verbeteringen. Je bundelt je vakkennis met de kennis van de energie en utilities sector. Voorbeelden van projecten zijn: Energiebedrijven helpen met het opstellen van strategieën in een dynamische markt vol met veranderingen, scenariodenken en planvorming (mensen, organisatie, proces) ten aanzien van het nieuwe marktmodel. Regionale netwerkbedrijven helpen met het opstellen van een toekomststrategie. De netwerkbedrijven ondersteunen bij reguleringsvraagstukken en deze helpen te implementeren. Verhogen van operationele effectiviteit door proces- en prestatieverbetering van o.a. informatie-uitwisseling tussen businessunits en marktpartijen, operationele kosten, back office organisatie, financiële en management rapportage, outsourcing, ICT en HR functies. Adviseren over interne beheersing (Corporate Governance) in brede zin, gericht op de betrouwbaarheid van financiële informatie, naleving van wet- en regelgeving en effectiviteit en efficiëntie van operationele processen.

Jouw profiel Je hebt een opleiding afgerond op master level in de richting wiskunde, econometrie, (technische) bedrijfskunde of bedrijfseconomie. Daarnaast heb je een passie voor financiële vraagstukken en beschik je over ten minste vier tot negen jaar ervaring bij een vooraanstaand advieskantoor of als (business) controller bij een multinational. Met je combinatie van vakkennis, creativiteit en communicatieve vermogens en je gevoel voor wat in organisaties leeft, ben je een volwaardig gesprekspartner van het topmanagement. Verder beheers je het Engels en Nederlands goed, beschik je aantoonbaar over commerciële vaardigheden, heb je ervaring met projectmanagement en ambieer je een internationale functie.

JOB DESCRIPTION The position of the Senior Engineering Manager reports directly to the Vice President responsible for the Business Unit. He will have the various Engineering Managers (Door Lock, Climate Control, Washer Punkt, Specification and Process Engineering, Lumbar Support & New Generation Engineering) reporting directly to him. He/She will directly lead a team of 7-9 and indirectly a team of 50.
