About the business unit Asset Optimisation and Trading (AOT) is the Business Division where all asset optimisation and trading activities are centralised for the Vattenfall Group. We are located in multiple sites across Europe with more than 600 professionals working from Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark and Poland. We trade the full range of energy commodities such as electricity, gas, oil, coal, freight, renewable energies and emissions and take responsibility for a diversified sourcing of power, fuels and carbon credits. We optimise and hedge Vattenfall's generation assets in order to manage risk efficiently and optimise the portfolio value. These activities are the basis for maximising profitability and ensuring continuous business growth for Vattenfall and its customers. The business unit Operations is responsible for providing Analysis, IT and Project Management support to the Vattenfall Asset Optimisation and Trading Division. The business unit is consisting of highly skilled employees with backgrounds ranging from Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, IT to Project Management. We are present in the locations Hamburg, Stockholm and Amsterdam. Main tasks and responsibilities: The purpose of the position is to optimize the software and market data license usage and safeguard VET's compliancy with it's contractual obligations. This will be achieved by license management through monitoring and matching usage and demand and addressing possible contractual consequences. The license administrator will act as main contact person for supply of licenses within VET (cross-country) whether these are VET specific or need to be obtained through Central IT. Vendors will be approached for license ordering and/or operational issues with regard to their licenses. Furthermore the order processes on the various locations need to be supported and monitored. He/she will be accountable for the correct administration of licenses, usage and related costs (invoice reconciliation) in our license management system (INFOMATCH), monitors demand through our internal demand systems (JIRA) and enters and supports purchase approval processes (SAP). Responsible for license administration. Keeps the license management system up-to-date. Addresses any mismatch between contracted and used amount of licenses either through orders or cancellations under existing agreements. Monitors, executes and safeguards compliancy of the implemented order and purchase processes and reports about process quality, compliancy and usage. Responsible to match and monitor the correct authorisation levels per user, function, role for the various applications. Is expected to proactively deliver relevant input for further optimization of the processes and license usage. Acts as main contact point for the various Heads of Domains with regard to licenses and order status and with regard to contractual changes, main contact for the Contract Manager or Central IT. Requirements: You have a Vocational or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Quality Management or related area. And Minimum 2 years experience in the domain of order and/or license management, in an IT environment Fluent in English Knowledge of SAP, JIRA, but especially INFOMATCH is preferred High Affinity with databases, analytics, administration, contracts Good communication skills Highly Service and Solution Oriented Precise but Flexible What do we have to offer?
