Nuon is een energieonderneming die met 6.000 medewerkers ruim 2,3 miljoen consumenten, bedrijven en organisaties bedient in Nederland. Een betrouwbare, betaalbare en zo schoon mogelijke energielevering staat daarbij centraal. Als stagiair zal je werkzaam zijn op de afdeling Sales Channels TM/DM. Deze afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor de telefonische verkoop en direct mail van de consumenten en klein zakelijke markt. Wat houdt de functie in? Je gaat aan de slag met de processen van direct mail. Je gaat de processen beschrijven en optimaliseren. Jouw bevindingen en adviezen zul je in de vorm van presentaties en brainstorm sessies aan de business laten zien. Daarnaast is het mogelijk om je ook met andere processen bezig te houden. Het is een project van 3 maanden, er is een mogelijkheid om dit te verlengen. Wat vragen we van je? We zoeken een kandidaat die precies en gestructureerd werkt. We are looking for a; Business Process Improvement (BPI) Project Manager Job profile: As a BPI Project Manager you will be working with operations teams to improve warehouse processes and systems. Our goal is to deliver operational excellence to our customers, delivering quality services with effective and efficient internal processes in constantly changing market environments. You will be asked to lead or participate in projects but you are also expected to become a valued support to the operations teams. You will be part of the dedicated BPI team based in Waalwijk but with expectations to work on projects at other European locations.
