In order to deploy and support the technology, The Dell Associate team employs skilled and experienced contractors on both long and short term contracts to assist with the implementation and support of open standard-based technology innovation within their customers sites and due to the current customer demand we are looking for candidates who can display experience of the following; Equallogic Linux Novell Dell Servers Oracle
    Winterswijk
    This role is based within in a team of 5 and you will be required to work on site and support one of Dells’ Local Government clients. Based in Winterswijk, East Netherlands you will be required to offer a flexible approach to working days as this 6 month contract will be based on a three day working week, Ideally this will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, although this may be negotiable. The main purpose of your role will be to support the wider business through your knowledge of Equallogic, Linux/Novell and Dell Servers. It would be an advantage if the ideal candidate could supply Oracle experience as well. Most importantly, you will be required to upgrade firmware using Novell/Linux on a daily basis remotely. A working knowledge of Dell Servers will also be a part of the role. Ideally the candidate will stay local to Winterswijk and the very close surrounding areas in order to be able to commute easily to and from the site.

Erp Support Consultant

As a member of the Support Team, you'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team that relies on efficient collaboration to quickly solve complex challenges. Youll be tasked with resolving applications issues for all manufacturing sites As an ERP Support Consultant you will: - Provide functional application and business expertise to support end users. - Provide application level 2 support, delivering solutions for incident resolution and identifying business process improvement opportunities. - Manage application service and change requests (problem resolution, new features, new structures, configuration settings). - Coordinate and maintain the configuration of live ERP modules in multiple areas. - Ensures that the solutions leverage the standard configuration settings and that the technical designs are documented. - Recommend options and process improvements or modifications to meet business requirements. - Actively participate in testing to validate that the implemented features meet requirements. - Document functional requirements to support application service requests. - Contribute to the development of customized reports and forms in order to meet the needs of managers and users. - Contribute to the development and implementation of user support and training modules and manuals. - Deliver training to end users in support of upgrades, enhancements and refresher courses. - Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with other departments within the organization.

Ben je die lijnmanager die verantwoordelijk is voor het optimaliseren en uitbreiden van de (internationale) service, aftersales en alle gerelateerde afdelingen. Als people-manager weet je op iedere afdeling de juiste snaar te raken. Als service manager stel je prioriteiten vast en draag je zorg voor de ontwikkeling van de medewerkers en de samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen. Je geeft leiding aan de internationale fieldservice afdeling en bent een coach voor de binnendienst medewerkers. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: Het aansturen van de coördinatie en planning voor de installatie en het onderhoud. Verantwoordelijk voor een optimale en kwalitatieve bezetting. Het opstellen van management rapportages. Het uitbreiden van de internationale service activiteiten door het initiëren van tevredenheids onderzoeken en het inventariseren van de hulpmiddelen welke nodig zijn voor de uitbreiding. Contacten onderhouden met klanten, instanties, leveranciers, onderaannemers en overige partijen voor het uitvoeren van de activiteiten. Als relatiebeheerder een goede band met klanten en leveranciers opbouwen. Verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van de kwaliteitsrichtlijnen en een verdere verbetering hiervan. Vormgeven aan het beleid binnen de afdeling en de werkprocessen verder structureren. Analyseren, bewaken en rapporteren van garantiekosten.
