Je bent allereerst een financial met een succesvol afgeronde bedrijfseconomische opleiding op HBO plus of WO niveau (bijvoorbeeld HOFAM, Financial Controller, Specialisatie beleggingen in studie). Je hebt bij voorkeur inmiddels enkele jaren relevante werkervaring opgedaan en hebt aantoonbare affiniteit met beleggen, bent stressbestendig en kan schakelen tussen de verschillende niveaus. Een klantgerichte benadering is een voorwaarde. Je weet in te spelen op vragen van externe relaties en handelt deze correct en doeltreffend af. Je communicatieve vaardigheden zijn dan ook uitstekend. Binnen een afdeling waarin specialistische activiteiten worden verricht moet je van elkaar weten wie waarmee bezig is en wat de prioriteiten zijn die samen geklaard moeten worden. Ruim 900 medewerkers werken bij Finance & Risk Eureko (F&RE): het financiële hart van Achmea. F&RE ondersteunt Eureko en de onderdelen van Achmea bij onder meer bij het formuleren van financieel risicobeleid, strategie (portfoliomanagement), beleggingen en capitalmanagement, verslaglegging en de uitvoering van creditmanagement activiteiten. F& RE bestaat uit vier clusters: Group Reporting, Group Risk Management, Group Strategy & Performance en Group Balance Sheet Management. Zij zorgen ervoor dat belangrijke financiële stuurinformatie tijdig samenkomt bij de Raad van Bestuur. De kwaliteit van de dienstverlening wordt continu verbeterd via strategische projecten die gericht zijn op procesverbeteringen, beleid en efficiency. Als Financial Controller Beleggingen verzorg financiële rapportages en analyses voor verschillende beleggingsportefeuilles. Je adviseert, met name wat betreft complexe beleggingstructuren, het management ten aanzien van de financiële verslaggeving en verzorgt (mede) de beleidsvoorbereiding voor het bedrijfsonderdeel. Hierdoor zorg je dus mede voor de realisatie en ondersteuning bij de businessplanning, en tussentijdse prognoses, vanuit het opstellen en beoordelen van management informatie. Uiteraard participeer je in projecten, zoals de invoering van Solvency II en IFRS 9, vanuit de brede financieel-economische discipline.
