Customer Training Specialist - Rotorcraft Mechanical

    Role responsibilities: • Conduct analysis to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives, design. • Develop, conduct and evaluate effectiveness of technical training. • Use specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials. • Gather data to support complete proposal development activities. • Work under general direction. • Interface with customers and suppliers to define and interpret requirements for requested products or services. • Perform training task analysis. • Evaluate and modify, when necessary, course content and training methods. • Execute training requirements for the CH-47 product line in the classroom, on simulators and with the actual hardware and associated software. • Prepare courses including course materials and technical/training manuals that reflect the customer's actual aircraft configuration. • Prepare lesson plans. • Teach technical material including all major CH-47 rotor/drive, hydraulic, flight control, powerplant/APU and aircraft systems and structures including composite material repair for organizational and intermediate level maintenance. • Use adult learning techniques and advanced presentation and instructional methods; such as, computer based training (CBT). • Applicant must have strong communicative and presentations skills can and through observation and written evaluations, determine that a student has an understanding of materials covered during conduct of training and is proficient in the performance of relative tasks with or without additional instructional intervention. • In addition, an in-depth knowledge of IMI, ADL and SCORM conformant processes used in the development of training materials as defined by best contractor format, MIL-SPEC or an ISD approach to training materials development is a plus.

Department: Improvements – Shared Resources Site Geleen The Site Geleen encompasses 7 plants, including 2 Naphtha crackers, a Logistics unit, a Polypropylene and 2 Polyethylene units. The Naphtha crackers produce 1,250,000 tonnes of ethylene and 675,000 tonnes of propylene which are mainly used as feedstock for the successive poly-olefins plants. Our polyethylene product range includes all of the commodity thermoplastic polymers, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE), and high density polyethylene (HDPE). The polypropylene product range includes block copolymer and specialty automotive grades. Structure Site Geleen On the site we have a clear split between Running Business (short term) and Site Improvements (long term) Site Services supports all these departments. The Running Business is responsible for a safe and maximum production. Site Improvements is responsible for the right project proposals to improve the production process, including process integrity and safety, and for the implementation of the project proposals. The purpose of Site Services is to service all departments in an efficient; transparent and customer friendly way. The Site Management Team consists of the Site Director; Directors of Running Business; Site Improvements and Site Services.
