Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Als Support Engineer ben je samen met je team van 28 engineers verantwoordelijk voor het verlenen van alle technische support aan ruim 13.000 klanten van de grootste onafhankelijke Nederlandse aanbieder op het gebied van hosted ICT. Via duidelijke processen en procedures die je structuur bieden zorg je dat de afgesproken SLA’s continu worden behaald. Je maakt naar aanleiding van klant verzoeken meldingen aan die je proactief bewaakt en houdt de klant hiervan continu op de hoogte, tevens voer je changes door van nieuwe producten/diensten en los je incidenten adequaat op door je intense contact met onze klant, is het team Support de uitgesproken afdeling die eventuele problemen snel signaleert en deze op een juiste manier weet te escaleren of weet op te lossen. Hij/zij beschouwt de afdeling Support als een team mensen die het verschil voor de klant betekenen. Met deze professionals, verras je onze klanten continue met de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening. | Senior Engineer Pipelines Banen The Senior Pipeline Engineer (IMR) will: - Support the Senior Pipeline Engineer (IMR) team leader in the delivery, management, the scheduling and execution of the work required to maintain the offshore pipeline infrastructure in the Southern North Sea in a fit for purpose condition, to ensure its availability. - Define scopes of work for inspection (Sonar, ROV, Intelligent pigs, diver), maintenance and remedial work intervention on pipelines, risers, valves and other pipeline elements. - Carry out first pass integrity assessment. - Compile and deliver the annual Pipeline Integrity report, according to the UK Pipeline Code of practice or the NL procedure for assessment of Pipeline Integrity. - Work closely with operations, projects and discipline experts to develop optimum solutions to resolve pipeline integrity issues. * Support the Senior Pipeline Engineer team leader in the execution of his / her responsibilities * Ensure pipelines are maintained and operated within applicable certification requirements.
