In Corporate Security Services (CSS) several expert areas cooperate to provide integrated security services to our business partners. These areas include Information Security, Business Continuity, Fraud Prevention, Physical Security, Coordination & Intelligence and Investigations. Our CSS EMEA (Europe, Middle-East & Africa) team services our businesses in EMEA through our two main hubs in Amsterdam, and Poland, and through several Regional Security Officers in the European footprint. Working in this department gives the opportunity to operate in an international environment, with colleagues from various cultures and with different backgrounds and areas of expertise. All CSS EMEA staff engage with colleagues from different countries on a daily basis which creates an understanding of various security trends and issues in different environments. The role also enables you to broaden your understanding of working in a large international company. As a CSS EMEA Intern you are responsible for supporting the Investigations and Coordination & Intelligence functions. The intern will do so in supporting in the following activities: Proactively produce, develop and assess a wide range of MI and Intelligence for the purposes of identifying potential opportunities to prevent financial crime and allocate as investigation cases in consultation with management. Provide coherent and informed guidance to business stakeholders and customers and conduct expedient tracing, freezing and recovery of funds. Support in a wide range of desk research. Maximise the utilisation of (senior) investigators, by undertaking appropriate desk based investigation activities on live cases and in support of those (senior) investigators e.g. production and assessment of audit trails. Support complex and conduct basic trend analysis to identify potential risks, issues and threats to the RBS Group, working closely, as directed, with other areas of Security and Risk, the RBS Group and the financial services industry. University studies in a field that is related to the activities of Corporate Security Services EMEA or RBS (criminology, law, political science, economics, international relations, finance etc.) Excellent knowledge of and the ability to draft documents in English Experience with computers (Word, Excel, Internet) ability to understand the complexity of organisations knowledge of financial industry is a pre ability to find innovative solutions to a wide range of problems Self-starting, critical, independent and inquisitive mind-setYour Contract: Intention is for three months with possibility to extend. Je aandachtsgebied is NPS (Netpromoterscore), klanttevredenheid en loyaliteit en dan met name voor het segment van corporate clients (groot zakelijke klanten). Op deze positie ben je een belangrijke sleutel voor het invullen van de strategie van ING Domestic Bank. Je zorgt voor relevant onderzoek, adviseert het management van ING en zorgt voor verspreiding van het gedachtegoed van NPS. Je onderhoudt en bent actief in netwerken op het gebied van NPS-onderzoek. Aan jou de uitdaging, om samen met anderen, richting te geven aan onze organisatie op basis van alle onderzoekskennis! Dit ga je doen Als marktonderzoeker/-adviseur begeleidt je marktonderzoeken voornamelijk op het gebied van Klantbeleving/NPS voor het segment corporate clients. Je zorgt voor afstemming van deze onderzoeken met de onderzoeken voor de andere segmenten. Je werkt in een team van professionals waarbij veel samengewerkt wordt. Samen zorgen jullie dat al het onderzoek op het gebied van NPS worden uitgevoerd. Je voert onderzoeken uit samen met onderzoeksbureaus. Je bewaakt de planning en kwaliteit van het onderzoeksproject. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de intake van de onderzoeksvraag, de begeleiding van het marktonderzoek, de analyse en de oplevering van de resultaten. Erg belangrijk daarbij is dat je de resultaten in een context plaatst en adviezen verstrekt, zodat klantinzichten omgezet worden in commerciële kansen. Naast het uitvoeren van nieuwe onderzoeken, ben je in staat om actief gegevens uit interne en externe bronnen te verzamelen om tot customer insights te komen. Het is vooral belangrijk dat de resultaten van het onderzoek in een advies richting de businesspartners wordt vertaald. Je presenteert de uitkomsten. Je bouwt een netwerk op bij jouw interne stakeholders. Ook onderhoud je contacten met andere organisaties op jouw vakgebied en ben je actief in allerlei relevante externe netwerken. Je werkomgeving Als marktonderzoeker/-adviseur maak je deel uit van de afdeling Onderzoek en Advies Generiek. Deze afdeling bestaat uit 15 personen en valt onder de hoofdafdeling Customer Intelligence. De afdeling Customer Intelligence is onderdeel van de afdeling Marketing en houdt zich onder andere bezig met het uitvoeren van bijv. markt-, imago-, klant-, concurrentieonderzoek en databasemarketing. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een energiek persoon en staat bekend om je nieuwsgierige karakter. Naast dat je analytisch sterk bent, beschik jij over zeer goede adviesvaardigheden en ben je in staat om een in een grote organisatie effectief te kunnen functioneren. Uiteraard ben je niet bang om zelf initiatieven te nemen, ben je resultaatgericht en kun je zowel zelfstandig als in een team werken. Ten slotte verwachten wij dat je kennis goed weet te ‘verkopen’. The Recruiting and Staffing team in Europe consists of five Recruiters and two Recruitment Support Officers. The Recruiting mission is to engage with the right people at the right time in the right places, building a qualitative and quantitative talent pipeline to attract and recruit for open and expected future roles. Besides the regional initiatives like process harmonization, there are some global priorities set for the Recruiting and Staffing Department. It is expected that the student contributes to operational activities such as advertising vacancies, select and invite candidates, supporting (international) recruiters, organizing recruitment events and other common HR activities.
