Due to our continuous expansion we are looking for a hands-on individual to fulfill the position of: Quotation Manager As the Quotation Manager you will be working within our Business Engagement team based in Amsterdam and you will report to the Manager Business Engagement. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable, result-driven, accurate and English speaking individual. Tasks and Responsibilities of the Quotation Manager: - Timely providing firm and accurate quotations. - Team up with Account Managers in order to win deals. - Support Account Managers in creating more complex bids. - Actively consult with and interface between customers and internal organization (Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Legal and Service Delivery) in order to deliver complete bids/proposals. - Negotiate with peers in other telecom organizations, suppliers and subcontractors. - Record and maintain relevant information in CRM. Knowledge, Competencies & Skills: - Min. 2 and max 4 years of experience in a similar position in the telecom or IT business. - Basic knowledge of Datacenter Services (Dedicated Server, Hosting, Databases, Security, Web applications). - Basic knowledge of SDH/DWDM and/or LAN/WAN technologies. - Good computer competencies in MS Office. - Experience with Microsoft CRM Dynamics is a plus. - Fluent in both verbal and written English. - Knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage. - Commercial affinity and attitude. - Strong organizational skills and accuracy. - Good time management skills and ability to multitask. - Ability to work with tight deadlines and under a pressure of time. Location: Amsterdam Anticipated start date: as soon as possible Work conditions: - Employment agreement. - Full time job for 40 hours per week. - Interesting remuneration package inclusive stimulating bonus schedule. - Dynamic international team and environment.
