Department The site organizational Effectiveness leader is chartered with fostering a culture to support the manufacturing work processes and lead a strategy to align the site organization structure towards the site objectives. In the capacity of Site Learning Leader the job-holder is responsible for leading the development, delivery and administration of all learning programs. This position is a strategic role that requires an ability to execute on critical learning opportunities and deliver results for the organization. The Challenge Monitor the overall effectiveness & governance of the OE program in relation to the 3 main pillars of the program (technical design, organizational alignment and cultural design). Lead & facilitate the implementation and sustainability of Manufacturing operating rhythms as a an enabler for an effective OE program Lead & facilitate the site cultural development strategy. Build upon the existing LC culture and critical organizational behaviors (COB’s). Function as a coach within the site to improve the knowledge & skills in relation to the desired culture. Assure Manufacturing compliance with the aligned and implemented organizational structures, jobs and roles. Partner with site manager and unit leaders to assess and analyze learning needs based on performance, talent planning and needs assessment data. Based on learning needs, identify, develop and implement common learning solutions that ensure employee alignment with the organizations vision and strategies. Transform complex technical information into effective learning modules by applying adult learning theories. Assess and monitor the effectiveness of all learning and development initiatives against predefined metrics. Your Profile University bachelor or Master degree in Training and Development, Organizational Learning, Education or a related field. In depth understanding and demonstrated ability to apply the Operational Effectiveness program. Respected and credible individual with Manufacturing Management as well as all other functions in the organization in relation to cultural and organizational development. Recognized coaching expert who will need to lead or foster the desired culture change. 8+ years of progressive training experience in a manufacturing industry. Demonstrated expertise in conducting needs assessment, curriculum development and adult learning in a technical environment.
