    1. Department: IT Information technology is crucial for Tele2's business. The IT department is responsible for all IT services within Tele2 Netherlands for both internal and external customers. Internally, the IT department has around 1000 users; externally IT has more than one million customers. The IT department has around 100 employees. At Tele2, information technology is integrated in all processes. The IT department is responsible for a wide range of applications that support product development, customer relationship management, sales, call centre activities, order management, operational service delivery, billing and finance. Four Change Teams design, develop and test these applications in close cooperation with the business users. After user acceptance, the Operations Teams keep the applications up and running and support the users. IT is further responsible for Billing Operations, as well as for e-mail, hosting and security services directly for large corporate customers. 2. Team: Change Team “NO&E / Provisioning” The four Change Teams are closely aligned with their business unit: Consumer, Business/Wholesale, NO&E/Provisioning and Finance/Shared Applications. Business and IT together are adopting the Agile-Scrum way of working. In the Change Team “NO&E / Provisioning” (Network Operations & Engineering) 15 people in two scrum teams are delivering all changes in OSS applications. This includes: registration / network & service inventory; orchestration & workflows for network provisioning and assurance; logistics & site management; interfaces to third party suppliers; and interfaces to network management systems. The Change Team uses a challenging mix of in-house, near-shore and offshore development and testing.

The Challenge SABIC's Business Application Department is now hiring a 'Senior Business Analyst - Configuration and Development Services'. In this position you are ensuring the global technical delivery (development, configuration & authorization) of BA solutions addressing the current and future tactical and strategic business needs. You need to align and cooperate with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure the SABIC growth strategy is supported by the developed BA solutions. Driving rapid and effective solutions development and configuration in line with functional specifications and BA Architecture&Standards is key to pro-actively address business process needs. You are going to lead the configuration and development activities for all systems within the domain and across all regions to ensure world-class systems within SABIC that add value to the different business areas. You are accountable for technical solution design, technical specifications and blueprints and for the development of authorization-roles so that on the one hand guidelines are secured and on the other hand business needs are met rapidly and effectively. To be successful in this role you need to understand the strategic impact of technology, industry and market trends, and need to determine their potential impact on the technical development lifecycles and technologies. Cooperating and aligning with the other teams in the domain (Process Enablement, Solution Architecture and Data Quality Services) to evaluate new projects and changes are also keys to success. Your Profile University Degree in IT or eventually in Engineering. 15 years of relevant working experience in an Industrial (preferrably petrochemicals) or IT environment. 10 - 15 years management/leadership experience in different business or IT functions of which a minimum of 5 years leading experience in a global company / multinational. 10 years experience in business process redesign programs. As an experienced professional you have/are: Excellent understanding of business strategies, goals and objectives and their metrics and measures. Strong leadership and people management skills. Strong change management and project management skills. In-depth knowledge of various IT disciplines; policies, procedures, systems and best practices in diverse areas and in capital management concepts. Strong ability to remain focused on long-term objectives in light of immediate operational requirements. Senior Risk Analyst - Risk Model Operations And Validation

Risk management within Vattenfall has changed its organisation. The new Vattenfall Group Risk Management (GRM) organisation has gathered all risk management personnel within Vattenfall to be organised in one function clearly separated from the P&L responsibility. GRM assists the Vattenfall Management Board through proactively providing guidance and independent advice, challenging business to focus on the risk-reward balance. Models & Methodology within GRM enhances and challenges in a supportive way quantitative risk assessments and risk-related evaluation activities. Risk Model Operations and Validation (RMOV), a department of Models & Methodology, is responsible for supervision and monitoring of all non-standard risk factor and evaluation processes which are used in the daily business trading/origination environment. For RMOV we are currently recruiting a Senior Risk Analyst RMOV's responsibilities include price simulations models, forward curve methodologies and evaluation and risk measurement procedures beyond the typical Value at Risk approaches. The position involves the application and interpretation of back-testing procedures to quantify the quality of the models. An in-depths understanding of both the logics and procedures behind these approaches is inevitable for this process. In addition to the analytical skills required to accomplish this, a pro-active and steady communication towards the Business and Market Risk is a prerequisite for success. This is of explicit importance as we are dealing with people in several locations (for example Germany, Sweden and Netherlands). The role as a Senior Risk Analyst within Risk Model Operations and Validation comprises the following activities and responsibilities: - Responsibility as project and process leader. - Responsible for the methodology and output quality for the group wide Forward Curve, Valuation and Risk models (supervision and enhancements). - Operational and conceptual responsibility for the back-testing processes for non standard price and risk models. - Face to the internal counterparts (Traders, Analysts, Market Risk employees, etc). - Assist colleagues and transfer knowledge both, Vattenfall-internal and external. - Collaboration with other departments in Models & Methodology (fundamental long term modelling, judgement on financial risk and valuation models, etc.). - Supervision and further development of Group-wide Gross Margin calculations and market price risk of illiquid asset positions. Qualifications: - University degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or other quantitative degree. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with commercial/technical colleagues alike. - Minimum 5 years of practical experience of trading/risk related environment in energy markets. - A structured and result-oriented mind. - Ability to work independently. - Strong software skills. - Good customer awareness. - Both financial and fundamental understanding of the energy/power market. - Strong analytical skills with ability to transfer findings into commercial reasoning. - Proficient English oral and written language skills. - Dutch, German and/or Swedish language skills are an advantage. Related to this background, RA additionally has a consulting role in both, more quantitative modelling projects as well as top management related projects and activities that are related to the corporate steering (hedging strategy).
