For our European Financial Shared Service Center we are currently looking for Team Leader within Disbursements Department based in Goirle You will manage the Disbursements and Travel and Entertainment team in their day to day business. Being contact person for the treasury department, Accounts Payable team, business, bank, auditors and suppliers. Responsibilities: Evaluation of processes ensuring correct and timely execution of payments and Expense Reports Maintain the Business Continuity Plan for Disbursements Hire and train new team members Conduct performance reviews of Disbursements and T&E of a 4 team members on a regular basis. Propose and execute process improvements Support Migrations, Mergers and Divestitures Execution of day to day payments Payment processing controls Cost Effective improvements to processes and procedures Accuracy of processing expenses and payments Qualifications Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance Accounting / Finance Background is a must Experience with SEPA is beneficial Fluent in English and preferably Dutch Working experience of 3 years in a leading position Experience with MS-Office is a pre.
