Job activities Two years ago SAP Banking was implemented for the administration of the real estate financing business, supporting the banking, financial and reporting processes. This covers the SAP modules CML, CMS, Business Partner, FiCo and BW. This combined pack of SAP modules results in a state of the art IT system for real estate banking. As a Senior Functional Administrator for SAP BW, you are responsible for managing the SAP BW environment supporting financial, management and operational reporting. The team consists of 1 - 2 Functional Administrators for SAP BW, which you will functionally manage. Besides supporting the current environment participation in changes and implementation of new functionality via projects is part of the job. As well as coming up with creative and innovative ideas to improve the usage and performance of the SAP BW system. More in detail your tasks are: o Contact with customers on incidents and questions o Analyze functional incidents and implement solutions o Execute functional tests and guide users in the user acceptance test o Assess and implement change requests o Give SAP BW training to end users o Participate in projects that impact SAP BW o Manage the current reporting architecture and reporting Framework o Identify and implement structural improvements in the current SAP BW environment o Identify and meet new reporting needs of customers Job requirements We would like to interview candidates who recognize themselves in the following profile: o Extensive technical and functional knowledge and experience of SAP BW 7.0 o Higher professional education o Over 5 years of relevant working experience o Preferably knowledge of (real estate) financing processes o Preferably knowledge of functional management processes o Preferably (project) management experience You recognize your competencies being: o Strong communication skills, both verbal and written o Strong analytical skills o Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written o Customer focused o Team player We offer ING Real Estate in the Netherlands offers you a challenging position (job scale 10) in an international environment, an excellent salary and contemporary employment terms, including an additional month's salary and a 36-hour working week.
