    Department Responsible for designing efficient, globally consistent processes in a specific focus area related to one of the business process such as plan, manage material, reliability, produce, deliver, finance and reporting. Defines the globally standard business policies, processes, and (master) data for the process area in alignment with the operating drivers identified for the business transformation project. Clearly shows a line of sight to deliver the benefits as identified for their respective process area. Includes the necessary links to the other process areas and the identification of necessary role and responsibility changes to successfully implement the new processes. The Challenge Manages timely configuration of globally standard processes with a focus on using standard solutions from SAP and SABIC best practices Drives policy, processes and organizational changes that simplify the system solution. Non-standard system solutions must be justified Manages the design, build, execution and sign-off by the process owners of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with key business experts under authority of the process owners Manages the knowledge transfer of the team into input for the training materials and other aspects of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) process Enables effective resource management by helping the team focus on strategic efforts while minimizing distractions Executes a clear change management plan that educates, engages, and influences your key stakeholders in SABIC-IP and SABIC Provides process owners and stakeholders with an “integrated SIP” view, enabling them to see beyond current state and “local” concerns Manages expectations of business teams with respect to enterprise solution throughout the project life Develops and manages project scope and schedules to meet key program milestones within the specified time frame and cost while maintaining the highest level of quality Acts as an agent of change for business transformation Identifies and manages the key and necessary links to other process areas Communicates weekly status and progress. We are looking for a; Business Process Improvement (BPI) Project Manager Job profile: As a BPI Project Manager you will be working with operations teams to improve warehouse processes and systems. Our goal is to deliver operational excellence to our customers, delivering quality services with effective and efficient internal processes in constantly changing market environments. You will be asked to lead or participate in projects but you are also expected to become a valued support to the operations teams. You will be part of the dedicated BPI team based in Waalwijk but with expectations to work on projects at other European locations. The role is part of the global BPI organisation using Lean Six Sigma methods to deliver world class services cost effectively.
