De vragen zijn technisch, functioneel of bedrijfsprocesmatig van aard. Je bewaakt de status van de calls en informeert de klant over de voortgang. Je gebruikt hiervoor een geautomatiseerd workflowsysteem. Je vindt het leuk om problemen te analyseren en op te lossen. Je bent vaardig in het geven van de juiste service aan een gebruikersgroep van uiteenlopende aard en niveau. The position is responsible for the supervision of the Technical Service business and resources in a geographical region that includes eight Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and approximately $2M in direct business. Responsibilities include customer issue management, resource allocation, and mentoring FSEs within the region. Additional responsibilities includes organizing and implementing training for the System FSEs across all regions, after-hours technical support, emergency FSE services, and development of standards and procedures to improve the team. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Responsible for the evaluation of System FSE's across all regions and associated coordination and/or implementation of training. Fullfill Preventive Maintenance Agreements for critical customers. Provide commissioning and troubleshooting services on Tetra Pak and Alfa-Laval processing equipment in the Dairy Industry For Systems including Automation, VTIS, FLEX, ALSAFE, ALDOSE. Provide emergency service support directly to customers. Work with System Field Service Engineers to increase competency levels. Minimum of 50% overnight travel required. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: At least five years field service technical experience in the food/beverage/dairy or other process related industry. · Strong knowledge of process control systems and processes. · High level PLC and HMI training and skills required - Rockwell AB skills preferred. · SCADA experience beneficial. · Strong knowledge of process control instrumentation. Experience in field commissioning and start-up essential. · Preventative maintenance and field trouble shooting experience. · Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical…) preferred.
