De continuïteit van de bedrijfsprocessen van onze relaties is daarbij het uitgangspunt. Jij begrijpt de (dagelijkse) bedrijfsprocessen en je kunt de vertaalslag van het probleem bij de klant naar een oplossing vertalen! De vragen zijn technisch, functioneel of bedrijfsprocesmatig van aard. Je bewaakt de status van de calls en informeert de klant over de voortgang. Je gebruikt hiervoor een geautomatiseerd workflowsysteem. Je vindt het leuk om problemen te analyseren en op te lossen. Je bent vaardig in het geven van de juiste service aan een gebruikersgroep van uiteenlopende aard en niveau. Kortom, géén eenvoudige routinematige klus, maar een job met steeds weer een nieuwe uitdaging waardoor je kennis en vaardigheden blijven groeien. Belangrijke onderdelen in de functie van Support specialist zijn: Het op functioneel niveau ondersteunen van de relatie bij gebruik van de Healthcare oplossingen; Het analyseren van helpdeskmeldingen; Het oplossen van problemen op Healthcare oplossingen en/of databaseniveau; Het uitvoeren van foutenanalyses op Healthcare oplossingen en/of databases; Het bewaken van de voortgang van de meldingen en het rapporteren naar de relatie; Het plegen van onderhoud op de Healthcare oplossingen; Het ondersteunen van collegas bij de klant.

Als Sales & supply support specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor een maximale goederenbeschikbaarheid voor de klant tegen zo laag mogelijke kosten vanuit een supply chain perspectief. Deze doelstelling kan worden bereikt als in de store range management, ordering en plannen van activiteiten goed is georganiseerd. Juist voor deze gebieden ben je verantwoordelijk voor een optimale uitvoering van deze processen in de store. Hierbij werk je actief samen met Sales, Com&In en Goodsflow in de Store. Jouw rol binnen het commerciële team (Logistiek, Sales en Com&in) is het continu verbeteren van werkprocessen, de kwaliteit van uitvoering opvolgen adhv prestatie-indicatoren en verbetervoorstellen doen op korte en langere termijn. Je vertaalt de Supplying doelstellingen naar concrete taken en doelen voor de Store en draagt deze uit naar je collega’s in het Commercial team. Je werkt actief samen met Retail Supply integration (Service office) om samen de Supplying doelstellingen te halen. Ook geef je regelmatig input aan Retail Supply integration die nodig is om Supply chain prestaties beter te laten aansluiten bij de behoefte van de Store.

Field Service Systems Supervisor Chicago, US-IL THE POSITION: The Systems Field Service Engineer Supervisor will be based at our office in Vernon Hills, Ill. The position is responsible for the supervision of the Technical Service business and resources in a geographical region that includes eight Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and approximately $2M in direct business. Responsibilities include customer issue management, resource allocation, and mentoring FSEs within the region. Additional responsibilities includes organizing and implementing training for the System FSEs across all regions, after-hours technical support, emergency FSE services, and development of standards and procedures to improve the team. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Responsible for the evaluation of System FSE's across all regions and associated coordination and/or implementation of training. Fullfill Preventive Maintenance Agreements for critical customers. Provide commissioning and troubleshooting services on Tetra Pak and Alfa-Laval processing equipment in the Dairy Industry For Systems including Automation, VTIS, FLEX, ALSAFE, ALDOSE. Provide emergency service support directly to customers. Work with System Field Service Engineers to increase competency levels. Minimum of 50% overnight travel required. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: At least five years field service technical experience in the food/beverage/dairy or other process related industry. · Strong knowledge of process control systems and processes. · High level PLC and HMI training and skills required - Rockwell AB skills preferred. · SCADA experience beneficial. · Strong knowledge of process control instrumentation. Experience in field commissioning and start-up essential. · Preventative maintenance and field trouble shooting experience. · Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical…) preferred.
