Job activities Two years ago SAP Banking was implemented for the administration of the real estate financing business, supporting the banking, financial and reporting processes. This covers the SAP modules CML, CMS, Business Partner, FiCo and BW. This combined pack of SAP modules results in a state of the art IT system for real estate banking. As a Senior Functional Administrator for SAP BW, you are responsible for managing the SAP BW environment supporting financial, management and operational reporting. The team consists of 1 - 2 Functional Administrators for SAP BW, which you will functionally manage. Besides supporting the current environment participation in changes and implementation of new functionality via projects is part of the job. As well as coming up with creative and innovative ideas to improve the usage and performance of the SAP BW system. De leden van dit team zijn zowel betrokken bij de verwerving van opdrachten als bij de detail invulling/implementatie nadat de opdracht is verkregen. Als senior SAP HCM/HR consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van SAP HCM in projecten of optimalisatie en upgrade projecten bij middelgrote en grote (inter)nationale klanten. Je kan een rol spelen in het gehele project of ingezet worden in een specifieke fase van het project. Dat kan zijn het inventariseren van de wensen van de klant, de blueprint en het ontwerp van de SAP HCM oplossing, dan wel de realisatie, het testen en de ingebruikname. Als consultant werk je op verschillende projecten door heel Nederland. Je hebt een duidelijke visie en kan deze op een overtuigende en aantrekkelijke manier overbrengen. Daarnaast ben je hands-on bezig in SAP HCM. Je kunt duidelijk en helder communiceren met klanten, key-users en besluitnemers. Stelt duidelijke functionele specificaties voor programmeurs en medior consultants op. Je hebt eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de relevante documentatie en voor het oplossen van problemen tijdens het project en na aflevering.
