Als Projectmanager maak je onderdeel uit van de afdeling control global financial markets. Je zult werkzaam zijn in een internationale setting en een team van specialisten aansturen die werkzaam zijn in deze projecten. Functieomschrijving Projectmanager Financial Markets Als Projectmanager maak je deel uit van de afdeling control global financial markets. Je zult een team van specialisten coordineren die aan projecten werken. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, voortgang, communicatie naar stakeholders en het stellen van prioriteiten. De control afdeling bevindt zich achter de dealingroom en is verantwoordelijk voor de waarderingen van financiële producten, waarderingen van de tradingbooks en daily P&L informatie. Dit team van specialisten is hier zelf niet mee bezig maar bevindt zich wel op deze afdeling. Dit specialistische team werkt projectmatig aan global projecten (Londen, New York, Hong Kong etcetera) om de kwaliteit van de trading books verbeteren en zorgen dat als er nieuwe producten zijn (new business) dit ingeregeld kan worden. * managen van projecten die betrekking hebben op de business processen en nieuwe financiele producten * vaststellen van project scope, budget, planning, forecasting, en inzet van mensen * verantwoordelijk voor alle projectfases: requirements, ontwerp, bouwen, testen, implementatie, aftercare, evaluatie en training * communicatie met stakeholders: risk management, global financial markets, front office, financial engineering, project board * coordineren van multi-disciplinaire projectteams en het coachen van teamleden Functiecriteria Projectmanager Financial Markets Functie eisen Projectmanager: * WO opleidingsniveau * Ervaring binnen het bankwezen (liefst wholesale/investmentbanking, mid office ervaring) * Ervaring als Projectmanager en in het managen van verschillende (internationale) projecten tegelijkertijd * Kennis van financiële producten, risk management, finance * Ervaring met projectmethodieken (Prince2) * Ervaring in een internationale omgeving .

You will assist in advising the Board, Senior Management and ALCO Committee about strategic issues regarding economic capital management, balance sheet management, financial markets and products, liquidity risk and bis III framework. This is a coordinating role in a high analytical team. Job profile: Financial Markets Business Consultant / Controller In this function as a senior Business Controller / Consultant you're focusing on the Global Financial Markets part of the bank. You act as point of contact for the board, sr. management of GFM as well as for GFM Business managers who are responsible for the trading & sales activities. The Global Business Control department combines regulatory required and management reporting activities and analyses on a periodic and ad hoc basis. The seniority of this global position requires a specialist mindset with good communication skills. It is not important to be the best quantitative modeller, but that you are able to explain what the import parameters are and can conceptualize issues for Senior Management. Dependent on experience and seniority you will be member of e.g. the Global ALM committee, the Global Financial Markets Risk Committee, the Capital impact committee, the New Business Committee and/or Valuations committee.
