With reference to te growing business and manufacturing activities worldwide, our client is looking for an ERP Support Consultant to join the Support Team. Activities This position translates business requirements into requirements for system design and architecture, gives primarily input for advanced troubleshooting documentation and validates service advanced troubleshooting documentation and software. With your help, we fulfill on the promise that our system(s) will deliver the best possible value to all systems users every minute of the day. Key responsibilities: Teamwork and a sense of urgency are key to your success. As a member of the Support Team, you'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team that relies on efficient collaboration to quickly solve complex challenges. Youll be tasked with resolving applications issues for all manufacturing sites As an ERP Support Consultant you will: - Provide functional application and business expertise to support end users. - Provide application level 2 support, delivering solutions for incident resolution and identifying business process improvement opportunities. - Manage application service and change requests (problem resolution, new features, new structures, configuration settings). - Coordinate and maintain the configuration of live ERP modules in multiple areas. - Ensures that the solutions leverage the standard configuration settings and that the technical designs are documented. - Recommend options and process improvements or modifications to meet business requirements. - Actively participate in testing to validate that the implemented features meet requirements. - Document functional requirements to support application service requests. - Contribute to the development of customized reports and forms in order to meet the needs of managers and users. - Contribute to the development and implementation of user support and training modules and manuals. - Deliver training to end users in support of upgrades, enhancements and refresher courses. - Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with other departments within the organization.
