As the new Master Data Expert your objective is to structure, manage and maintain the material master data in order to have actual information available for all parties involved. You are authorised to set rules and procedures for data delivery, set master data rules and translate global requirements to a local setting. You will be responsible for structuring, managing and maintaining the master data and the time from request for change to operational change. Harmonizing and standardizing the product range in coordination with other departments and creating consistency in material master data according to set rules will be your focus. RESPONSIBILITIES Procedures - Sets rules for data delivery of the internal organisation in order to be able to (re)structure, manage and maintain the material master data in SAP (ERP) - In cooperation with global data organisation maintain requirements for master data Master data management - Produces and maintains material master data in the ERP System for the WGLS Organisation - Extends and maintains material master data for relevant organisations - Coordinates with MM planners, supply management, parts order coordination, business control, warehouse & distribution and quality inspection for maintenance rules and specific updates - Coordinates with product planners for new/replaced materials and impact on material master data - Coordinates with global data responsible in product company and translates information/data for use of product company - Coordinates consistency of the material master data in line with the set rules On the basis of and using the various ERP modules, spreadsheet and database programs/software. Reporting - Performs analysis and writes reports on request of management - Monthly consistency reports/analysis Communication and Management Communication with - Manager Materials Management about day-to-day business, work in progress - MM planners, supply management, parts order coordination, business control, warehouse & distribution and quality inspection for maintenance rules and specific updates - Product planners about new/replaced materials - Global data responsible regarding system requirements Ability to express in foreign language(s) Should be able to express in English (w/v) to: - Write reports with regard to performed analyses - Participate in meetings

Wärtsilä in Drunen verkoopt en ontwerpt in eigen beheer scheepsvoortstuwingssystemen voor alle denkbare schepen. Het huidige producten- en dienstenpakket bestaat uit productie en inbedrijfstelling van o.a. scheepsschroeven met vaste of verstelbare bladen, thrusters, bow thrusters, water jets en de bijbehorende besturingssystemen alsmede het verlenen van service op alle voornoemde producten. Voor deze vestiging zijn wij op zoek naar een: Project Engineer Electrical and Automation (1 FTE) DE FUNCTIE: Als Project engineer Electrical en Automation (E&A): - ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen van elektrische en automatiseringssystemen voor vervanging van bestaande systemen in maritieme en industriële installaties; - analyseer je zelfstandig een bestaand systeem en specificeer en ontwerp je een vervangingssysteem conform genormeerde standaarden en (veiligheid) eisen; - pas je de laatste stand der techniek toe op elektrisch en automatiseringsgebied in het ontwerp van deze installaties; - programmeer je software code die benodigd is voor de ontworpen installaties conform de gebruikelijke (ISO) standaarden; - begeleidt je de bouw van de installaties en verifieer je de werking van de installaties middels een factory acceptance test. Na vrijgave van de installaties begeleidt de Project engineer E&A de installatie op locatie en draagt hij zorg voor de correcte inbedrijfname en werking van de installatie(s) en draagt hij de installaties over aan de klant. Ten behoeve van het volledig completeren van het project maak je een volledige eind rapportage van het project en zorg je er voor dat de project documentatie gemaakt wordt conform de uiteindelijk geleverde specificatie.

Our R&D Department is looking for a: Standardisation & Harmonisation Expert (1 FTE) JOB DESCRIPTION: Standardisation & Harmonisation expert will take the role in Propulsion to coordinate common solutions and to standardise and harmonise the way of working within WIO R&D. He will secure the creation of structured and consistent database of materials and guidelines to support R&D projects with particular focus on New Thrusters Product Portfolio. Furthermore the S&H team will provide tools to support engineering and guaranty the dataflow of key data to other stakeholders as Purchasing, Production etc. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate onsite the R&D and Delivery Centres needs and support the customers as an expert in following roles: - Creating a common set of Std. Als Product engineer bent u verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van projecten. Deze projecten bestaan uit innovaties en verbeteringen als mede standaardisatie (inclusief de documentatie) van de huidige en toekomstige productlijn (hardware & software) en de bijbehorende tools voor ontwikkeling, onderhoud en levering. DE FUNCTIE Als Product engineer ben je o.a.verantwoordelijk voor: Het uitvoeren van verbeterings projecten mbt de huidige productlijn voor wat betreft hardware, software, documentatie en de gebruikte tools. Het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van documentatie en configuratie tools voor de toekomstige productlijn. De Master Scheduler vervult een actieve rol in het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van plannen voor de introductie van nieuwe producten en activiteiten en mag een bijdrage leveren aan deze groeiverwachting.
