Doelstelling: Het op juiste wijze informeren van (inter)nationale klanten over de voortgang van de order/orderwijzigingen en klachten, zowel op technisch gebied als op leveringsgebied, met als doel optimale service verlenen aan de klant. Omschrijving van de werkzaamheden: Contract Review Form (CRF) Controleren op juistheid van gegevens welke door Sales zijn ingevoerd; Order opstarten door orderdossier door te sturen aan Werkvoorbereiding en Planning; Door Planning vastgestelde levertijd controleren met gewenste levertijd klant; Conform gemaakte betalingscondities invoeren gegevens ten behoeve van deelfactuur en bevestiging; Op verzoek van Productline Manager in het kader van voortgangsbewaking (incl. financiën) verrichten van cost-control door de voorcalculatie af te zetten tegen de nacalculatie; Controle of order automatisch administratief is afgesloten. Indien dit niet het geval is onvolkomenheden beoordelen en (laten) oplossen. Klantcontact In orderproductiefase contact onderhouden met klant over zaken zoals status,vertraging orders, order wijzigingen, klachtenbehandeling, prijsopgave, meer/minderwerk, vragen, transport eisen/wensen; Organiseren en leiden van meetings zowel intern als extern met klanten; Maken van vergaderverslagen ten behoeve van interne en externe klant; Onderhouden van klantrelaties door klantbezoeken op locatie of ontmoetingen op beurzen. Klachtenafhandeling Aannemen van klachten over kabels en/of terminaties; In samenwerking met klant en Field Service Manager trachten klachten zo snel mogelijk te verhelpen door het aandragen van oplossingen; Adviseren over warranty/niet-warranty aan Productline Manager; Communiceren met klanten over eventuele (reparatie)kosten, mogelijke oplossingen voor klachten; In samenwerking met Productline Manager bepalen of het wenselijk is voor bepaalde klachten een klachtencommissie te activeren en deelnemen in de commissie; Verantwoordelijkheid Is verantwoordelijk voor de/het: Binnen de afgesproken tijd, kosten en kwaliteit realiseren van toegewezen projecten; Realiseren van orderopdracht binnen gestelde levertijd, kwaliteit; Op juiste en stipte wijze informeren van klanten over de status van de order/klacht; Controleren op administratieve juistheid van de (deel)facturen; In samenwerking met Field Service Manager laten oplossen van klachten over defecte producten. Communicatie Vindt plaats bij/met: Productline Manager bij het bespreken van problemen over levertijden, klachten e.d.; Production Manager over voortgang; Medewerkers van Planning, Werkvoorbereiding, Design over status order, oplossen , planningsproblemen klachten e.d.; Leden projectteam bij het bespreken van de voortgang, verdelen van de taken; (Inter)nationale klanten bij het bespreken van klachten, levertijdoverschrijding e.d.; Opstellen van verslagen van bijeenkomsten (intern/extern). Uitdrukkingsvaardigheid in vreemde talen De Engelse taal is vereist bij de/het: Communiceren met internationale klanten over bijvoorbeeld klachten, levertijdvertragingen. Opstellen van verslagen van bijeenkomsten (intern/extern).

Job content: Responsible for making offers, functional specifications, basic/detailed design (I/O loops, Cause & Effect, Logics, Control Narrative, HAZOP), system handbook, test plans, testing and running pilots for control and automation systems. These systems are mainly based on Simatic PCS7, WinCC, S7, WinCC flexible, Sinaut and other products.
