Onze opdrachtgever is een bekende productiemaatschappij in de medische sector. Ze zijn zowel Nationaal en Internationaal actief. Met ongeveer 160 werknemers is onze opdrachtgever een snelgroeiend familiebedrijf met een informele sfeer en bovengemiddeld goede arbeidsvoorwaarden. De financiële afdeling bestaat uit 5 medewerkers, waarvan 4 assistenten en 1 controller. Wij zijn voor hun op zoek naar een Group Controller die een slag kan maken in de optimalisering van de financiële afdeling. Durf jij deze uitdaging aan? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou! Binnen deze functie signaleer de knelpunten betreffende de administratieve organisatie in zowel binnen- als buitenland. Je draagt hiervoor oplossingen aan en (in samenspraak met de directie) implementeer je de verbeteringen. Daarnaast zorg je voor een juiste financiële verslaglegging van de verschillende vestigingen in binnen- en buitenland. Bewaking van de voortgang van administratieve processen en controle van werkzaamheden en het analyseren van financiële informatie. Je geeft leiding en coacht de assistent controller en de administratieve assistenten. Het voeren van functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken behoren hier ook toe. Je zult daarnaast ook uitvoerende administratieve werkzaamheden verrichten, zoals bijvoorbeeld belastingaangiftes.

Zorgt ervoor dat alle balansrekeningen kloppend zijn en alle vaste activa registers worden beoordeeld op maandelijkse basis Zorgt ervoor dat de Hyperion Group Reporting compleet is en in overeenstemming is met de grondslagen voor financiële verslaglegging en de tijdschema's.
