Klantvriendelijkheid en servicegerichtheid staat erg hoog in vaandel. Customer support is een afdeling die zich in de brede zin bezig houdt met zakelijke technische calls. Van helpdesk tot en met commercieel. Jij begeleidt het totale proces van order tot levering en nazorg. Het is van groot belang dat u vloeiend Engels spreekt en nog een vreemde taal zoals Frans, Duits, Grieks of Deens. Tevens is het van belang dat u zeer loyaal bent en communicatief sterk. Werkzaamheden: - Telefoonafhandeling - Klachtafhandeling - Commerciële vaardigheden - Communicatief vaardig - Assisteren van projecten - Orderafhandeling - Administratieve werkzaamheden Zij bieden: Een internationale werksfeer met doorgroeimogelijkheden.
