Product Marketing Leader Chemie Department The Product Stewardship department is part of Corporate EHSS (Environment, Health, Safety and Security) and has defined their mission as “Excellence in Product Stewardship by adding business value across the global supply chain through safe, compliant and sustainable solutions”. The vacancy is part of a sub department “Product Safety”. The Challenge Collects and owns relevant market intelligence on trends and competition. Define product positioning for the core and emerging segment in the European Region based upon deep understanding of the market trends, dynamics and opportunities. Drive penetration of key applications. Derive a solid MGAP & MGPP for the key market segment. Develop, coordinate and implement the product growth strategy in cooperation with BU teams globally to drive penetration of key applications and markets. Own the portfolio management (simplification, rationalization and fulfillment) and TCO in European Region, lead product rationalization efforts to meet business growth objectives. Own global fulfillment and surety of supply in the specific product line by working together with sourcing, manufacture, supply chain and technology team. Your Profile University degree of chemical or engineering 5+ year product and marketing experience Experience of working in a matrix environment effectively is a plus Excellent presentation & communication skills Deep knowledge of relevant products in the performance portfolio. | Post Consumer Recycle Technical Leader Procestechniek Department Sabic is now hiring a Post Consumer Recycle Technical Leader out of Europe. The Challenge Sustainability is a key aspect of SABIC’s Corporate growth strategy. Post Consumer Recycle (PCR) is an important solution space in our sustainability strategy as organizations in the marketplace are increasingly designing products that adopt PCR plastics that meet voluntary labels such as EPEAT, TCO Edge and others, or, to satisfy their own respective internal corporate sustainability/green initiatives. The PCR Technical Leader will provide global technical leadership to the SABIC Innovative Plastics Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to enhance our portfolio of capabilities both on recycling related processes and PCR containing products Establish expertise in recycling technology. Develop a knowledge-base and critical competencies in mechanical recycling processes, machinery across an internal network of technical and commercial stakeholders Lead the technical aspects of mechanical recycling for closed-loop and open-loop projects to optimize quality and yield, successfully delivering programs Lead mechanical recycling process evaluation & work with cross functional teams for the most cost-effective recycling process & facility either through partnership or from in-house innovation Lead process innovation and partner with SABIC product technology teams to create best in class PCR portfolios, including partnering with external institutions such as universities to expand our involvement and knowledge on recycling technology. Coordinate and align with corporate innovation projects with SABIC Sustainability and Technology and Innovation teams for synergy Partner with agency team on government regulatory related topics and specifications as well as key non-governmental organizations. Your Profile Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science, or other related field Entrepreneurship by nature with strong can-do energy and mentality, interest passion for sustainability Demonstrated experiences with engineering plastics product design, formulation, process technologies and compounding technology.
