The Challenge SABIC's IT Process Enablement Department is now hiring a 'SAP Consultant Supply Chain Planning'. In this position you are going to add value on the execution of the functional designing part for the supply chain business processes, and make sure that we have the best-fit to the business. Preparation of the proper documentation (Process design in ARIS, Business blue print, Functional specifications, etc.) to the different stake holders within the domain and business units are essentials. You will standardize and assist in configuring these processes in SAP SCP. Next to that participation in major (improvement) projects is involved and you will advise on change proposals to SCP processes and their impact on the SAP-Systems. To be successful in this role you need to expose a drive to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, by securing a smooth running system, and improving the supply chain processes. You have a clear focus on supply chain planning essentials and you deliver what you promised. Collaborating with business process specialist in other areas to ensure smooth and integrated business processes are key to success. Of course advising on new SAP developments and opportunities in the supply chain area belong to your job as well. In this position you will report to the IT Leader Process Enablement - SBU whom is based in Jubail (KSA). Your Profile Master Degree in IT or a related field in Business Administration. APICS CPIM certification is a pre. At least 3-6 years of experience with (global) business process design and re-engineering. In-depth knowledge of SAP SCM(APO). Broad knowledge of SCM processes. Experience in a bulk Manufacturing environment and in an international business environment. As an experienced professional you have/are: Able to make a functional business process design and documentation of IT, according to the agreed standards like ARIS. You will be very familiar with the proper implementation of German and U.S.-American accounting and finance practices and principles (HGB/GAAP). To qualify for the post, you must have hands-on and many years of experience in the application of both up-to-date ERP business systems and MS Office Suite software packages.
