Reporting to the asset maintenance engineering leader the incumbent is responsible for managing the reliability & maintenance strategy of the total clients asset portfolio, this includes onshore and offshore (Southern North Sea) UK and NL. The main responsibilities include: 1. Driving the reduction of unscheduled deferment via prevention of critical equipment failures and elimination of recurring defects in a systematic and sustainable way. 2. Maintaining and optimizing the preventive maintenance plan. 3. Delivering improved reliability and maintenance effectiveness across asset facilities through the development and implementation of consistent standardized and fit for purpose maintenance strategies. The asset reliability & maintenance team leader is expected to know his/her clusters, the people, the equipment and issues and opportunities and is expected to coordinate obtaining resources from other groups as necessary to address issues and opportunities * Leads, coaches and facilitates the asset reliability and maintenance engineers and ensures a standard way of working (alignment) within the asset reliability and maintenance/strategies team. * Is responsible for the creation and periodic monitoring/reporting of the team year tasks & targets/deliverables and alignment with the asset business targets. * Is responsible for the clients maintenance reference plans (MRPs) and the annual preventive maintenance optimization (PMO) plan. * Ensures that the EP72 maintenance process is followed. * Acts as the clients blade owner for risk & reliability management (RRM) and condition based maintenance (CBM) as part of operational excellence (OE). * Acts as the structural interface for technical authorities (TAs)/disciplines, cluster teams, SAP data management team and project support teams. * Represents the asset in UIE reliability and PMO meetings to share learning and discuss progress of plans. * Leads or participates in hardware barrier assessments (TIAs, FAIRs) and operation excellence (OE) reviews. * Gives input, coordinates or participates in global or department improvement projects. In delivering activities the incumbent shall: Reliability analysis and structural problem solving: Assure that reliability/availability targets are being achieved by monitoring plant/equipment reliability and availability, and preventing and eliminating repeating and critical failures by applying root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies. Leads reviews of process and equipment failures, using structured problem solving techniques such as Apollo root cause analysis and 5-WHYs. Facilitates/participates in the operational reliability improvement process (ORIP) meetings. Reliability & maintenance reporting: Ensures that reliability and maintenance performance reports for installations and equipment are available. Reliability & maintenance strategies and equipment performance: Ensures the review of the preventive maintenance plan as part of the yearly 20% review cycle, utilizing risk and reliability management (RRM) processes. Drives the development of the cluster condition based maintenance (CBM) strategies. Steers the improvement of the SAP PM plan via analysis of PM and CM, or via user requests. Responsible for maintaining the cluster maintenance reference plans (MRPs) to achieve production and technical integrity targets within end of field life. Ensure that production and technical integrity targets are met by effective preventive maintenance, based on reliability expertise and in-depth knowledge of the equipment condition, reliability characteristics, modes and risks of failure. Reliability modeling and input in design: With his/her team owns the cluster reliability and availability models (SPARC or MAROS). Gives reliability and maintenance support to projects and modifications ensuring quality reliability & maintenance deliverables for hand-over to E&M. Can apply life cycle costing (LCC) methodologies to support reliability and maintenance decisions. Reliability & maintenance support/coaching: Provides support to cluster teams. Coach and train production operations staff, graduate field engineers and other engineers. Personnel: +/- 16 staff including contractor staff. You will be placed in day pattern working from Assen and sometimes Den Helder (NL). expected that regular field trips will be made to the on- and offshore production installations. Occasionally visits will be made to other clients offices. Working in a dynamic Offshore environment in the Southern North Sea. Focus on cross border co-operation, develop good working relationships with the client Cluster Teams, E&M team, Support teams, contractors, and professional Maintenance associations. Work effectively within a matrix organization. Deliver technically sound solutions that are cost effective and easily to implement.

| Reliability Engineer / Sr. Engineer Catergorie: Advies Consultancy Within the sector Development & Engineering (D&E) is responsible for the specification and the design of the our hihgtec machines. The departments in D&E are organized per technical discipline, like mechanical, electrical and software engineering and per task, like system integration or vacuum systems. The hardware cluster within D&E is responsible for mechanical and electrical engineering as well as integration and testing. Responsible for: Specification of reliability for mechanical systems and components (via a budget breakdown methodology) . Focus on hardware. Working together with the designers responsible for the functional specification, providing them the required reliability guidance. Delivery of the evidence that the specified reliability has been met, within the restrictions imposed by system specifications, costs and planning. In addition to contacts & responsibilities within the reliability physics group the engineer is in close contact with the lifetest engineers and technicians from the reliability operations group for lifetest and execution of the reliability testing and reliability related analysis. | Maintenance Engineer / Reliability Engineer Banen De Reliability Engineer richt zich binnen de afdeling op het verbeteren van de betrouwbaarheid van de productiemiddelen middels het verbeteren van het preventief en predictief onderhoud.
