An additional Western-European language is definately a bonus.Are you available from the start date mentioned?You start off with a three-month training, it is therefore a requierment that you have no holidays booked within this period.You give general information, support and service in an effective way to customers and, if applicable, travel agents in order to improve customer satisfaction.You give information to KLM's customers on flight fares, availability and schedules, recognize sales leads and act upon them, explain advantages of the KLM product over competitive airlines and search for alternatives if the customer's initial wish cannot be fulfilled in order to conclude a sale and to increase turnover for KLM.Job RequirementsAre you flexible in your working hours (irregular shifts) and do you have the required languages, experience in a callcentre or customer service by phone and work experience (or strong affinity) for the tourist industry?
