Manpower is looking for English speaking helpdesk employees for a well known multinational. Your main responsibility is to provide information to clients (business to business and business to consumer) about different kinds of hardware. Customers are likely to ask questions about user options, software updates or technical difficulties. The employer provides a full time and fully paid training for the duration of four weeks, to enhance your knowledge about hardware and to further improve your service skills. Please note that more than average technical knowledge about hardware is required!
