    Als Trafficer ben je verantwoordelijk in het behalen van de gestelde doelstellingen rond de bereikbaarheid en het service level van het KPN Contact Center met een zo efficiënt mogelijke inzet van medewerkers. Hierin werk je nauw samen met de teamleider. Je bepaalt de inzet van medewerkers tijdens de lopende dag. Daarnaast is de Trafficer verantwoordelijk voor het nemen van adequate acties in geval van storingen dan wel plotselinge verkeerstoename en - afname over de dag met als doel dat de dienstverlening minimale hinder ondervindt. De afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor een optimale afstemming tussen verkeer, inzet van personeel, werkplekken en infrastructuur op korte en lange termijn. De Trafficer zorgt voor optimale afstemming tussen verkeer en inzet van personeel voor een dienst of enkele kleinere diensten door acties uit te zetten die het aanbod van verkeer dan wel de inzet van medewerkers beïnvloeden.
