To support sales in the Swedish market we are looking for an experienced customer care professional that is fluent in both Swedish and English. As a Customer Care you are primary responsible for answering questions and support requests concerning running service and/or repair orders (via phone or email). You will report the statuses of repair orders per customer and create KPI's. You will be responsible for a clear, friendly, service-minded and pro-active communication towards the customer.
